It to me just further highlights that he doesn’t know what he is doing. The bloke is a complete fraud. We might win today, but it will be completely unconvincing and we will be the worse team….. but we stand every chance of not winning thanks to the flower brained idiot we have in the dugout.

The more I think about it, the more I think we won’t win….. I just can’t see Martin being able to out a run of games together…… I just can’t see us ever breaking into our stride….. every forward step, will be hampered by Martin’s poor decision making…… I just fear this season will be a repeat of last, and we will falter all the way through…… I mean, we’ve dropped points against the weaker teams in the league already, Barnsley will up their game, we will probably turn up taking it all for granted again, maybe take the lead, but throw it away. Nothing gives me confidence we will kick on under Martin.

2-2 draw. Under Russel Martin this lot will be incapable of back to back wins.

He’s got the potential to become a truly great player…. But having Lundy next to him will be probably the most important developmental phase of his young career…. It’s often these types of characters that have a lasting impact on young players…..

Him and Riis are two players we’ve been crying out for, for some time.

I do think Todd is a shout. US investment is the most likely and the timings seem to make sense thus far. We will see…… but American’s would certainly be more into our recent history and restoring us…… they love a Cinderella story, and we would be Cinderella 2.

90 points would be a failure in my opinion…. Anything under 100 in my opinion would be unacceptable.

I think we’re kidding ourselves if we’re expecting someone to buy us….. this should have been done when things went wrong under Rodgers, when we were salvageable and attractive at the top level…….. who is going to want to take this on? We’re a ****ing mess, and probably far too much of a headache to tackle at the moment…… All we can hope for is we somehow get promotion this season, stave off administration and hope someone buys us next season….. the only problem is it means we’re going to be stuck with Russell no matter what, which means it’s touch and go if we get promoted or not.

The only person who can save us now is Obe Wan Kenobi.

I would think it’s more to facilitate the sale of the club…… perhaps a potential buyer has been found but they want to buy the club debt free?

I think he’s more of an ideologist than a coach….. when he talks you just don’t get the impression he knows what he is talking about, or that he gives off the impression he is a good coach. Compare him to Enzo, it’s night and day. Enzo was a coach, when he was asked a tactical question he gave you a technical answer, describing why he did something and the tactical goal….. with Martin, he’s a hype man….. he will say it’s either about energy, or young players on the pitch…… Whether that’s just interpretation, I don’t know…. But Martin to me just doesn’t strike me as a good coach, he doesn’t fill me with confidence he knows exactly what he is doing…. He has a style he wants to play, but can he coach it?
