I think he's been great all season but recent games he's struggled. But then, he's being let down by Ndidi's poor performances since returning and KDH phoning it in. Far more disciplined than any other midfielder we have and he's always going to look worse when the outlets he has are underperforming. Alongside someone (affordable and achievable) like Barkley, McAtee or another tidy, progressive CDM/CM would make more of his attributes.

Choudhary great and in-between his 2nd and 3rd goal-line clearances, Mads made a terrific save.

I don't think Mavididi is as bad as some do on here but he needs to stop holding the ball up so often allowing opposition players to close him down.
