There is no coaching drills or indeed coaching level needed to say we can apportion any blame on Cooper for two goals on Friday. The first, in any logical thought process FB clears the ball upfield, however he doesn’t and then Justin just fluffs a clearance straight to their player. And as for Faes for the third, why he even thinks it’s remotely a good idea to nod it back to the keeper running back with a player on his back would be beyond me, the safest option is to nod it away from the goal. No one can coach the above, it’s just awful decisions by the players in that moment.

I think his link up play for the most part was good today, most strikers when playing alone are rarely in the game. Even Haaland at Man City doesn’t have many touches. We need to tighten up massively at the back, that’s the issue.

I think it’s safe to to say whatever he does not many people want him. He plays a team that most people have been saying needs to be the 11 and we get beat, then moan about it. a couple of terrible mistakes by players and that’s also his fault. Good first half but how that isn’t a penalty I’ll never know. His arm is out and in an unnatural position.

He needs to get in the gym

I think he offers our best option at present playing as the number 10. Holds the ball well, can link play and Works hard. Other two options are too lightweight.
