Out of our current options, he’s playing the two best centre halves we have in my opinion. The fullbacks aren’t helping them out and losing Ndidi in front of them won’t be helping either.

A good squad player. Also hasn’t played hardly at all in the prem this season so he’s never going to be up to speed to play against a 3 man midfield when playing in a 2.

To be fair to the guy, he needs a run of games. Hasn’t had that since he’s been here. Was unfortunate to get injured last season when he did. I won’t judge him on the odd start here and there.

I just don’t think the first team squad is good enough , or as good as some people on here think: Hermanson, Winks, FB, Ayew and Vardy are all of premier league quality, ( Potentially Vestergaard if played to his strengths but lack of pace is a massive hindrance) We then have players who could be but injury’s have ruined them: Justin, Ricardo, Ndidi Unproven players but have potential: Okoli, Bilal Inconsistent players: Mavididi, Skipp, Faes, Soumare, Fatawu. Then the rest are just squad players. Whoever the new manager is he will need about 5 signings in January to give us a chance to stay up.

Because he took on a bad job, probably couldn’t recruit the players he wanted because we were a dead cert for relegation before we didn’t get a points deduction. The squad that we have isn’t as good as some of us believe.

I do feel sorry for the guy. Gave it a go but ultimately didn’t appear to have won over the players or fans so was always going to be an uphill task for him. Surely we could attract Moyes, at least in a short term deal until the end of the season.

He wasn’t great under Rodgers, Smith or Enzo though. Can’t be the manager, he hasn’t got the capacity to play in a back 4.

The only way he can stay in the side is moving to a back three.
