  1. Concerts and NFL etc..Its not just about the football club anymore.
  2. So only build a new stadium if you're guarenteed to have a great team forever?
  3. wow that is truly fugly.
  4. We could 'do a derby' next season and nothing would change, a lot of our fans don't care about what division we're in, or what a mess the club is in. Others do care but don't want to put themselves out of their normal matchday 'routine'. There's little to no unity within most english fans, were notoriously independant when it comes to supporting a club. We go to games as individuals, in the rest of the world they'll often organise marches to the grounds, I've even seen this in the states, it really does make you feel part of something and that we're all in it together, there's none of that in England.
  5. Do own goals count?
  6. I don't think thats true, they love having joint bids.
  7. Hope so, it was a little embarrassing using places like man city's academy ground (much to the dislike of the icelandic team). Hope it captures the publics imagination like it did in Australia/NZ.
  8. Mixed as always, Huge Neil young fan but depends what mood he's in LOL, like most have said the interesting artists aren't usually the headliners.
  9. There might be the odd club in England that who have kept enough fans willing to protest and make a stand, most won't. Happy to go to games, take their pictures go home and upload them to their social media. As far as our fans well we know some applauded our relegation to league 1, they'll applaud us being relegated this season. But i reckon that would happen with most clubs fans these days. We're an owners dream.
  10. I thought PSG would win tonight, after that first half can't see anything but a PSG win, reckon they'll win the 2nd leg too. That's liverpool through then.
  11. I understand that, just wondered given you can get nice beaches etc...2 hours away, just wondered if there was something else to travel for so long for.
  12. England fans Loud? Singing for 15 Minutes? England in the WC final? Wake up Nalis.
  13. Good, can we watch that instead of a load of annoying people in the studio boring us with analysis of the first half?
  14. What did you like so much about it?
  15. It won't make much difference, stars have come and gone and the popularity of the MLS continues to grow.
  16. Looking after fans, sounds good to me.
  17. well he is scottish so chances are...
  18. Amazing atmosphere at st james park again.
  19. Place is bouncin...what a run they're on.
  20. This hibs game....I think I need to move to scotland lol.
  21. Can't wait for the edinburgh derby, special.
  22. Sadly not, but even if it was it's pretty pathetic,
  23. Chances are they'll include a lot of corporate seating to get more bang for their buck. But i'd be amazed if we do anything unless we come back up.
  24. Always amazed when I see players who have one of the greatest and best paid jobs in the world seemingly not giving a shit, I find it baffling.
  25. Yeah, every season their section seems to grow especially away from home, maybe its easier to congregate with them at away games?. Another thing is that scottish fans don't seem to care that much about their exact seat numbers expecially with the clubs who take large away numbers, they'd be outcry in england if someone was sitting in your seat but in scotland they just move somewhere else. The whole attitude is different, i always thought it was a cultural thing with the british fans and the rest of the world, that clearly isn't true, i've now concluded its very much an english thing, we are unigue, which usually is a great thing but in the case of football culture and atmosphere that uniqueness has destroyed it.
