Correct, as far as I'm aware the club haven't proposed anything. People seem to be assuming or believe that this has stemmed from the club and is definitely happening.

I think we'd all be amazed if they went for option 1. I still think they'll just stick a few rails in the places that fans stand in now....thats if they do anything at all.

I think it might be an age thing too. People who grew up with players who were often born in and around the county helped the connection between the fans and the players. The players werent untouchable spoiled overpaid premadonna's either and that really appealed to fans. Add into that the cheap tickets, pay at the gate etc...it was just simply more fun. Not sure new generations care for any of that.

Pretty much felt like like that since the 90's. Its modern football, especially in england, total disconnect between most fans and 'their' club....

Very few english clubs have held onto their once passionate fanbase, we never rivaled most, but like every club in england the culture has dissapeared. Just saw this.... Footsteps of an NFL player...It's all over in England, it'll never return.
