  1. Anyone know whats behind the change of fortunes at dudley town? I noticed after 14 games they were W1 D2 L11 and were 2nd bottom with -20 GD. And now after 29 games they are W14 D4 L11 and are 5th with a +8 GD. Quite a remarkable turnaround.
  2. I believe because Everton 'supposedly lied' during the process is the reason they had 6. It does seem ridiculous that simply co-operating means you get less points taken off. They should not take any off and simply add more if the club doesnt co-operate.
  3. Wembley will have something to say about that...IF the man utd stadium ever gets built.
  4. Semi finals at wembley ruin the FA cup, it would be so much better anywhere else.
  5. You say that but from my experience the groups are given more freedom than we have in england and are openly encouraged. Yes they have had issues in the past but a lot of that is to do with fans breaking stadium rules....Look at what the GB have done for the atmosphere at celtic park, look at the UB at Rangers, a decade ago all fans were sat in quiet standiums now the sections are bouncing which has spread to more groups within those clubs to form, and you can now see various groups in one ground in scotland, unheard of in England. You have a former ultra member now in a high position at Aberdeen and their group has grown, imagine leicester employing a UFS member to oversee fans lol. Most scottish grounds have at least one ultra group. Just last week I saw a championship game and a group of lads make a great noise all game it was great, and there was only 2000 there, compare that to 40000 quiet fans that we had on sunday. You say the odds of being chucked out is higher in scotland, not sure about that either and if social media posts are to be believed even if you are banned its hardly enforced....but i know little about this side of things.
  6. Totally agree but i just can't see it happening, maybe if we were able to get enough youngsters into the stadiums in England it might, that's what happened in scotland and the 'type' of supporters you allude to is what is transforming the atmosphere north of the border. But unless the clubs target young fans like they have in scotland nothing will change. Add the fact that most clubs couldnt careless about the atmosphere and actually surpress it makes change very difficult. Most psoitive changes at clubs has come when those clubs have struggled/ got relegated, then all of a sudden they want to engage with the fans....funny that. Never happened at Leicester though.
  7. Crackin game.
  8. I remember at one point in Jan we were 13 points ahead of 3rd and 17 in front of Leeds. I wonder if any championship team has ever been in that position and not gone up automatically.
  9. It was woeful, lets be honest. And Chelsea were the worst home support I've ever heard...yep ever heard.
  10. Cov will be hoping for these, they'd have a chance.
  11. I have absolutely no idea what sterling was doing with the free kick...bizarre.
  12. West Ham (1979/1980) were the last team outside of the top division to win the FA cup.
  13. Yep it was cardiff 2007/08 season.
  14. It never is.
  15. Just about to say wolves will snatch this LOL.
  16. I reckon both English teams will get knocked out. I had Barcelona to win the CL at 11/1 at the start.....so thats them out too.
  17. A damaging blow to the conspiracy theorists, but i'm sure they're used to those.
  18. That's a shame, these games are the rare occassions when theres a decent amophsere inside english grounds.
  19. Seriously? LOL. Although sza....gets a big who? from me. I'm not in the right age bracket to like dua lipa but i do, however i think pop stars especially solo artists can struggle to hold the attention of a large festival...tough gig,, glastonburys never been about the headline acts for me, much more interested in discovering new bands.
