Another club who will definitely be back in the big time before us

Was it really 'huge' in the grand scheme of things in football? We actually wasted a lot before hand but the promoted team wasn't massively expensive. Also back in 2000s ITV Digital going bump, us getting relegated, building a new stadium and Dennis Wise had a massive impact on the administration situation. We actually agreed a CVA which may or may not have worked until Dennis Wise stuck his nose in. I fundamentally don't agree with the Administration deduction or PSR deduction unless they can prove you have gained sporting advantage.

Are there many clubs that offer incentivised contracts? Obviously we aren't very good at this stuff but are our contracts massively dissimilar to other clubs of our size? Do we pay what we need to try and compete?

I actually think some people would have accepted them just being honest, talking to the fans. Reviewing openly what's gone on, the things done to fix the problems, lessons learned etc. I accept mistakes and bad decisions happy everywhere, bad managers and staff can mess things up. What I cant take is being treated with total and utter contempt by the club, fobbed off, ignored, lied to. The damage has now done, I am not sure the club ever comes back from this without a local saviour like Doug King who is prepared to take a bit of a hit.

I cant help feeling that generally throughout the game football is currently at the point of self destruct. Years have been spent making stadiums sanitised and corporate. VAR and PSR creating havoc. Big teams finding every loophole. Then we have players and managers. Often given 2/3 year contracts to stop them leaving if they are decent. You have Chelsea giving a 6 year contract to a manager who was never up to the job, we have given a 3 year contract to 3 clowns in the last year. Players in football is the only job where you can turn up for a full season, shrug your shoulders at the end of the game when you have done the equivalent of hiding in the toilet in the afternoon. There is no accountability, no disciplinary process for downing tools, no way to cancel contracts early for ineptitude. I know the levels of ineptitude run much higher at Leicester but the players were good enough not to get relegated, they didn't show the required commitment and desire, that's a performance issue. Now we are stuck with a bunch of morons who don't want to be here, claiming big salaries, it should be possible to sack them upon relegation. They have failed. If I cost my company that amount of money by drifting around half assed all week, id expect some recourse. Its little wonder they are such and obnoxious entitled bunch so detached from reality. It ever likely that fans who earn a fraction of the money are subjected to much more stringent employment rules are going to have a go at them, and I personally think they are entitled to tell them what they think. If this team put in the same energy they did for 20 minutes for even 10 games this season we wouldn't be where we are, that is how awful they have been.

I don’t see how anyone buys us, financially we are screwed, I cant see how anyone makes it viable and equally competitive.

I genuinely don’t hate Thomas as much as the rest of the *****. He’s limited but he try’s in his own limited way. I’m more bothered by the strollers, I hate the strollers.

We genuinely will not be back up ever unless there are massive sweeping changes at the club. Nothing changes until something changed, both by ‘keeping going’. Changes need sackings across the board as a consequence of utter failure.

He sounds like more of the same. This club needs a complete rebuild from top to bottom anything less than that is tinkering around the edges and the decline will continue until such time someone does something different.Does the club survive that long?

After 4 years of the football department being shit, when does the head of the football department become the problem? 200 million spent, the highest wage bill, a stupid kamikaze style and not one decent player we own. Relegation for the men’s team, the women’s team and OHL struggling, how is any of this conducive to ‘sustained long term success’. If this guy has any ounce of credibility, humility or decency he should quit before Friday, otherwise he is fair game.

Who acquired most of that playing squad, a lot of the issues stem from Rudkin. The guy is toxic and useless. I won’t have it that’s he’s done anything good.

Rudkin has go go with immediate effect, the levels of utter incompetence, really sets the tone of zero accountability for being shit throughout the club. If you can assemble a squad that expensive as football director and see the men’s team relegated, women’s team relegated and sister club probably relegated or near relegation. There is quite clearly something not working. It’s clearly a failure and he must go. What example does this set? A culture of it’ll be alright, we keep going. I needs an overhaul, complete reset throughout, nothing of that failure can remain

The only was the guy can win any respect in my opinion is to sack all of the senior team with immediate effect. Bring in some people with proven track records of delivery. Scrap the ****ing shit philosophy we have. There has to be accountability.

We need to make the players listen to less shite too, bin that dressing room tunes or whatever it is utter drivel, if that’s what they use to get hyped no wonder the are so shit!

I cant see a world where these useless feckers dont concede at least one shit goal, unless Hull are utterly toss. Generally teams want it more, they have wanted it more for months. I think will genuinely be livid if they win tonight when the last 5 games have all been really there for the taking with a basic bit of application and effort.

To be honest if these lot find some fight at this stage or new ideas it will make me even more angry with them, when they could have just got the job done against the crap teams. I think our basic inability to defend should see a defeat though

Surely there no point selecting the ‘trusted’ senior pros now? Bar a miracle of biblical proportions we are down, so may as well try and do something positive on the off chance.

If the club were to go into Administration over the summer, is there any potential way that someone local could buy us? I presume administrators can release players as they do staff when they take over a business.

Thing is the club know this is going to be a gut wrencher because I absolutely love that squad, those players and Claudio, they deserve to be remembered and recognised. On the flip side if the club and parasites like Rudkin are going to hang on their coat tails, saying look what we did to mask their ineptitude, that is is disgusting. It’s almost the KPFC crew, remember we were league 1,once, careful what you wish for, here is what we gave you. If it’s true about the senior pros, disgusting and to think they get upset by a few boos. To toxicity levels are astounding, players like that need to be rooted out and made to train alone.,
