I sort of feel we might need a really nasty old school bastard to come in a give these spineless gutless willy pullers a good kicking. They have had it too easy for too long, they are losers, born losers, everything about them says losing. It needs to change from a basic mentality thing. They need to be put in a position where they have pride to prove us wrong.

Be interesting to see. King is a winner. There was a photo last week of training where he appeared to be giving Marti a WTF look! The club needs to instil a winning mentality. For too long the approach has been style above winning, when actually winning is all that matters, or at the very least giving your all. If this pathetic bunch of spineless gutless nobodies who have won nothing in their lives and never will don't sit and listen to a Premier League Champion then they have no hope and need sending to play with the Under 18s. He really could do with some experienced championship coaches in there, or to work alongside an older head initially.

I had sympathy for him but as a manager you have to set basic standards, have boundaries. The basic stats under his leadership were terrible, we couldn’t defend, don’t press, we didn’t look like creating much, just nothing. Week on week we’re were visibly declining, culminating in yesterday’s shitshow. It’s a bad squad, but not get outplayed by Oxford level bad. I sat at games genuinely trying to figure out what his plan was and give him the benefit of the doubt. He was tied to this stupid formation and stupid back passing, that achieved nothing. Oxford were a better more enjoyable side to watch than us. We need to end this btech pep phase, the main target is to win football matches

If someone is critical of me, I’d go out to try my hardest to prove them wrong, give extra and then I can give them the hypothetical v’s. I think James is a player with a good attitude who gives his all it’s nothing to do with this clown manager. Either way the quality of players should be better than a league 1 standard team, otherwise that’s where we are headed. The players quality on the wages they are getting also says a lot about the morons running the club.

I don’t think James is anything to do with the manager, Fatawu could be better under a different manager, as could a lot of the players. I’ll give you Skipp but it was a low bar. This bloke is horrific, he is making us worse week on week. I’m not even sure we will ever go back to even challenging for promotion, those days were thrown away by KPFC and all their happy clappers who are complicit in our demise. As for this Fraud his football is crap, to soft, no movement, second to every ball, poor delivery, poor physicality, terrible marking, bad fitness, poor mentality, slow ponderous passing, needless self pressure at the back with a keeper they know isn’t the best in the ball. I think him going would see a slight improvement. These players have problems but they should be able to beat Oxford for the wages they are on.

We definitely need an old school back to basics manager. We first need to develop basic mentality. We are second to every ball, there’s no urgency even when losing, there seems to be no self pride and desire to win. We have to learn to defend, we need to learn to be a bit stronger and more physical. We are so easy to play against it’s untrue.

It’s clear he has no clue, every player has got worse under him, the football is so slow and predictable, the players have no fight or desire, we are 2nd to every ball. We were outfought and outclassed by a league 1 standard side today. Today is a shake, like the Rodgers shake. We are performing the worst in the division. If we don’t sack this fraudulent clown soon we will be relegated to league 1.
