As much as I don't agree with personal chants. Its pretty pathetic with the club to come out with this in what appears to be a statement backing our Jon to the hilt. He has clearly been one of the most incompetent football directors to grace this planet, spending £200 million on a bunch of players that quite often make a lot of pub teams look elite. The club have failed to even come close to acknowledging the absolute first rare ineptitude of their top man. I don't agree with the methods, but after years of being absolutely blanked and ignored I understand why, its funny this is the one time the club is suddenly able to communicate, when their boy is upset. Really its pathetic all round, a long standing pathetic attitude from the club towards the fans, and a small group taking something too far because they have been ignored for so long. Given the shit show we have, Id probably rather put Faes in midfield than play any of the shit midfielders we have. Faes is a decent passer, can charge forward etc. I dont like the guy but hes probably better than churning out the same failed lot.

Collectively as a team they aren’t good enough, that’s the whole teams job to solve. There are very few of them who can come out of an absolute schooling by Blackburn with any ounce of credit. I don’t agree with booing individual players to be honest. Collectively they are a team. I am not a boo boy myself but I did walk out as frankly watching that utter dross is a waste of my weekend. All I want to see is some effort for 90 minutes, some creosote imagination. There’s nothing, just nothing from this group or manager. Do they not have any self respect? I’d be ashamed to stand by that performance and say I gave my all. To be honest now I don’t want to see some of these players again, they don’t want to be here they shouldn’t be playing. If we have to play youngsters so be it but I agree the fans need to cut some slack on a young team but hopefully they might work as a unit

This is the ****ing thing. There’s no atmosphere because the football is slow insipid ponderous shit. It’s hard to get excited about that crap, you throw in a few hard tackles, some pressing, some exciting runs, quick breaks that will get the fans going. It’s definitely over now. If we go to League 1, there’s no big Nige to lead us back. It could be some time in the wilderness, even maybe a Coventry style drop. Maybe that’s needed as a reset and to develop an identity. From where we were mixing it with Europes elite it’s a calamity. If the players were getting stuck in and showing some real effort, pressing etc the fans would respond. I don’t necessarily need to see good talented players but I want to see players give their all for 90 minutes. It needs a really big personality to come in, probably someone who can build something from nothing. It is sad where the club is going, that’s the most frustrating thing, it’s like a slow motion car crash and I can genuinely see the club in league 2 in the next few years unless something changes, there just nothing, no spark, no excitement, no glimmer for the future. The good young talents will be sold to pay the loans the. Club took secured on Premier league to money we will never get. I think there are better managers out there, hell even the Blackburn manager gave this utter clown a tactical master class, his football is dull, directionless, lack of ambition, gutless, no movement, sideways, tippy tappy rubbish. I agree the club has bigger problems, the fact the 3rd rate manager was even on the list is one, but he is out of his depth and set in a mantra that simply doesn’t work.
