Keep trying to convince her! What I did notice about Bristol City is they are one of the top 30 football club commercial revenue generators in the country, seem to have underachieved for a very long time. A city the size of Bristol would have expected to have had a team in the top flight at some point.
-
I mean I know most cities have their fair share of obnoxious gobby willy pullers, but Notts really do take it to new levels.
-
you missed the poor division part. I reckon my mam could get a reasonable team from a big city the playoffs in the championship
-
Im not sure why we would want Manning hes got a poor side into the playoffs in a poor division, and got royal spanked at home by Sheff Utd. I think Bernard is more qualified!
-
The honking style we have had for a few seasons hasnt helped if we played a bit more attacking and had good service it might help him. I still think theres a reasonable player there,we just dont play to his strengths. Even prime Vardy struggles in this team tipy tapping between centre backs.
-
What a disgrace the leaders of this ****ing club are, it makes me sick a tinpot outfit like Brentford can now steal our players because the complete inept muppets running our club have absolutely no clue how to run a football club absolute ***** everyone of them
-
Surely even an utter halfwit can look at say the Eduoard situation and say that seems a bit ****ed up! What’s going on, why am I pay for a guy who has actually done **** all. Then again he thought this squad was good enough to compete which says it all really, this squad as it stands would be likely to struggle next year.
-
I’m not quite sure where we think these clowns find a goal scorer, maybe best hope is Evans comes good or Monga I very much doubt we buy anyone decent given we’ve had 7 years to find a replacement for Vardy and failed
-
Play the young lads against Notts, win 6-0 Monga and Evans hatrick, Notts fans crying as the big six confirm their places
-
The academy rules need changing, every single structure benefits the greedy six. Of course as a young lad you will go to a big club, you will of course be unlikely to get in the squad ever. We need to be offering a root to the first team.

Or they act in July, faff around then bring in Brussel and he’s even worse, which is likely if these clown are around. If the are going to do something they need to get on with it, waiting for PSR windows will set us back when we could be developing something even if it’s not ideal, we just need to know so we can begin to work with it. If the club came out and said look we financially fooled, we can’t afford to sack the manager, we need to clear out the big wages, use the young players and spend very wisely we could get behind that it’s the lack of anything that ****s me off. -

This, those above need to move first. You are just tinkering around the edges and papering over cracks with anything else. If Rudd really is more incompetent than the other managers they’d likely bring in we deserve whatever we get. Also I’m not in the slightest bit bothered about having a manager to come clap the fans, or come and do some tinpot fist pumping to yeahs after every win, so tin pot! Come celebrate when we do something worthwhile. -
It’s 100% pointless dreaming of someone who hasn’t managed a or played in the prem or been an assistant to pep on one of his deciples, it’s not the way the banter jokers running our club work.
-
Absolute banter clowns running this football club.

Clearly he isn’t though as Rudd manage to completely destroy his Martin crafted Saints side, if Martin comes in we are in big trouble. The mental thing is thinking this board can bring in a decent manager. For it to work the club needs a complete change of senior leadership and to define what it wants its identity to be. We’ve gone from Rodger’s to smith, to Enzo, to cooper to Rudd in 2 years, we’ve clearly got a poor culture amongst players, possibly other departments. I am not saying don’t change the issue I have is this will be another scattergun approach of random from the board when actually building something might be the best way. Would I prefer a different manager yes but this club aren’t going to think outside the box on recruitment whilst Rudkin and top are here and none of their Primary options are any better than Rudd in my opinion -

No he wasn’t but it shows the KPFC way of wanting ‘total football’ since day one. Really whoever brought Pearson back did the best thing. -

Well we beat them at a canter really suggests we are better, also during the break in play their players stood ours did some fitness stuff which I think paid off as we scored afterwards. He’s broken unwanted records yes, but given the tools and conditions he’s had to work with, no window, no staff, obviously he agreed to this but it’s poor. Martin is very much someone the club like the look of, they have been long term admirers of thi style and Poundland Brendan vibes. -

The big issue is we needed a completely different squad of donkeys and journeymen for Cooper to work. To get from tippy tappy to anti football in one step and back again was the most ridiculous. The strangest thing is that both managers an Enzo persisted with Faes who is our biggest issue imo along with Soumare. The best old school defender we have his Souttar who was playing well at Sheffield utd before his injury. -

You forgot Sousa and Sven Funnily enough if we had stuck with Dean Smith I think we would have gone up and stayed up like Villa did. -
And the media that lap up the narrative of a Liverpool being full of working class honest socialists.

But conversely looked a million times fitter and more professional than Martins Southampton the guy who apparently tops the Kpfc shortlist -
Scousers always embarrass themselves, insufferable bunch of gang protectors.

It could work, any manager is a risk unless you bring in an old schooler like Warnock. The Championship standard is lower and largely the teams we play will be worse than Southampton so there is potential is he agrees to work with a very low budget, young players, clear out expensive dead wood it might work.
