  1. They dont need to have that debt though. Basic business is also if you want to invest 50 million and make a loss for 3 years to make your business more successful you can, but PSR stops this. So really only the historical big clubs who could grow commercial revenue when restrictions didn't exist can compete. Seems legit 'Fair' to me!
  2. No because the USA red cartel can do no wrong. They will just say global brand blah blah. Its tiresome. United have more in debt payments each year than our losses over 3 years!
  3. No they are ****ing idiots, this is why I don't know why anyone sticks up for them. The clubs ownership maybe shit but those running the Premier League are the most useless bunch of corrupt ***** out there. I wish more collective anger were aimed at them shit bags.
  4. You also need all element if experience. I think some of our younger squads have been naive and a bit soft, so think this adds balance.
  5. Could be worse could be Leeds Red Bull, toxic chemical pish.
  6. Rodgers didn't really like hard working versatile players though, he like tippy tappy, weak mentality cry babies.
  7. If we play Wout Faes in defence next year, even in a back 3, we are relegated. He will get turned so many times. I'd try and flog him, anywhere.
  8. Thing is the club can't win. How many of the Premier League sponsors are not shady or betting in some way? I'd rather no sponsor but that's not where the money is. How about clubs get a 25 allowed write off if they stick a charity on there...no too ethical for modern football. Sadly this is what the lovely PSR rules everyone wants us to comply with to keep the red cartel in place!
  9. Its important that Labour deliver their manifesto and keep promises else they will give rise to the far right!
  10. The EPL are a bunch of jokers! The rules are absolutely stupid. I think Man CIty will probably win, which will likely help us! Rules are nonsense.
  11. Rodgers nearly ruined his career, I cant imagine many would want to play for that muppet.
  12. I think on a free, he certainly a good Championship player, maybe something to prove too. A good squad player if a good deal can be done. I think Rudkin is asleep though, so we probably won't do any business until it's too late.
  13. I think bar one season under Rodgers we generally always have. The season where we went 'crazy' by our standards, and failed to bring in really one decent player is what screwed us the likes of Soumare, Daka etc.
  14. Hopefully they bring in some less shit rules, so the big cartel can train and scout their own players and not just clear up any talent for billions.
  15. I'll accept the super league if the big six **** off, take all their corrupt shit with them, Sky, Thursday Kickoffs, 12:00pm kick offs, Sunday games etc. Give football back to the people! There will still be 30k+ turning up at grounds up and down the country, wanting to see their teams win and compete, supporters who couldn't give 2 shits about the Bix 6, more about who is the best team in the Midlands, or Yorkshire or whatever.
  16. I think these are just noises they have to make to satisfy the authorities. Obviously it would be great if the club were profitable or sustainable, however for a midlands club, it's going to take a lot if investment to get us anywhere close to being sustainable unless we are happy with Bristol City levels of mediocrity, that's the reality. King Power have never said tgey will stop funding the club at any point, unlike some ownership.
  17. Thats what the rules MAKE them do. **** PSR, **** the EPL, **** EFL, **** THE RED CARTEL! The ownership would happily pump money into a loss making club indefinitely as that is what they have largely always done. Its very hard for a provincial club in the midlands to make much money.
  18. This is the key thing here, I am not sure what has happened but I would never have dreamed no matter how 'bored' I was of smashing something up, or turning to crime, like you say my parents would have killed me! I am not sure how that kind of duty of morals and respect comes from, how we help to develop it? Obviously some people need guidance and support in these areas. Like near me some youths smashed up a bus station, I don't understand in what world that is fun or entertainment. Like it would be nice to make me thing these people are misguided and can be helped , I'm not sure on the best ways of achieving this but I am genuinely not against us paying for anything where we are making the country a genuinely better place for all, if people have genuine solutions that work.
  19. Whilst I agree to a point you have to be careful with the mantra that more money means better service which it doesn't. I actually agree id pay more tax if I felt it would improve many things in this country that currently fail us all. I also support Nationalising things where it being in private ownership offer zero benefit, for example water. The regulators of the private sector need to grow some balls and ask questions, like why is the UK paying more for gas than Europe even though we produce more gas. Alongside better funding we probably also need full reform and better management of the full civil service (which many wont like), some services are operating in a vastly different world to when they were formed. A national care service is necessary which would support many of the other areas, police, schools, hospitals etc which are currently doing social care they should not be doing. We also need to be sure we are supporting homeless people and people with addictions properly, to try and break the cycle.
  20. Really the best players we have had in recent years, have come from the academy. Last year was a bit better, and more what we need to aim for with gems like Abdul.
  21. But the rules are bullshit...what else can we do to comply with them other than sell our best players. Baring in mind any football club outside the top 6 is going to rely on player sales largely for revenue, because without success, football isn't a particularly good business. This is why the big 6 want to protect their income from competition and hence this corruption exists. How else can we comply with this if not by selling our best players. Yes we could probably be a bit more savy in the market but we thought we were a big club after years in Europe and Top 10 finishes.
  22. Its stupid, yes the club have made errors, or been naïve. The real issue is the rules, and the fact they only seem interested in going after the smaller clubs.
  23. Thing is we weren't exactly successful with transfers when we supposedly were getting good players! Id rather us take some risks like the old days, we might get another Mahrez or Kante, we might not.
  24. Its the rules, we have to sell players to meet the rules, you know to protect the big 6!
  25. Its not only that. Its the sheer corrupt red cartel protecting nature of the EFL and stupid PSR regulations that mean you have to sell home grown talent to minimise allowed losses. It alright though others can have 700 million debt. I hope he does well except when we play him when I hope they lose. He has left in a dignified way and I thank him for all his done, and I feel a bit of a sacrifice on his part.
