He needs to be starting games now. Zero chance we go up so there is very little pressure in doing so. Let's build for the future and chop out the dead wood. Seems so obvious.

I do remember Akinbyi. Painful stuff. I was referring to Caranzza being the worst of our current strikers, but I would genuinely take Akinbyi over him. AA was quick, strong and had movement. In fact, he'd be the best of our forwards as he'd help create some chances (which he would then waste), something our current lot literally cannot do.

Have been wondering this myself recently. I've not bothered looking because Leicester City have stripped all energy from me caring. You could say I'm the research equivalent of an lcfc striker. One thing you may wish to add (?!) is value for money. With combined wages of approx £200k p/w, I'm sure an even stronger case could be made (for what, i'm not sure). I'd imagine Cheltenham's forwards earn about that across the season? Anyway, great job everyone at lcfc. Players, scouts, directors, coaches and managers all included. I renewed but continue to find attending games a chore. I've missed 3 home games already this season (only 1 by choice) and I've not been bothered by it for a single second on any occasion. It's only a matter of time before I cancel the DD. My head tells me too, and increasingly, so does my heart

Maybe he was the "one we missed" that led to us stopping scouting properly. Something drastic changed around about that time.
