  1. I think we could all argue over this forever and a day. I have no idea which is worse. I tend to prefer whoever has played the least recently. I hate slagging off our own players but the day these 2 going in the summer will be genuinely one of the best the club's had in the last few years.
  2. Oh my god people think we've got £17m for him. Sorry but please have a word with yourselves. He was technically available for nothing and that is near enough what they'll have spent on getting the lump over there.
  3. Dear Nigel We hear you nearly died back there? Glad you're on the mend. Would you like to come and manage us again? Things have gone a bit pear shaped around here, but once the inevitable points deduction and relegation have been cleared up, you'll have a solid bunch of experienced players to work with. They're crippling the club financially and don't want to be here, but things will sort themselves out. Let me know. Oh and you'll be reporting to John Rudkin. Look forward to hearing from you! Regards Top
  4. He'd be ill again within 5 mins of seeing the state of the place. Should probably come with a health warning. I suspect they're hoping King has a flying start and they don't need to do the hard graft of scouring the managerial market. I kmow some clubs have these things lined up for if/when the event arises, but i genuinely doubt our club even know half the managers available?
  5. I havent a clue who we'll go for. I just know it'll be jaw droppingly bad. If I'm still paying for a season ticket next month, presume I've died and I never got around to cancelling it
  6. Skubala is an interesting one. I reckon our players would eat him alive sadly. He needs players that want to learn and succeed. We've got that awful blend of shite players and has beens on their last pay packet.
  7. Just get a solid, mediocre replacement for a few months. Please. How hard can it be?
  8. I doubt it'd work but I'd absolutely give it a go at this point.
  9. You wouldn't need to run fella. Practically banned at lcfc these days.
  10. Where are Oxford? 🤔
  11. He's a farce. When we lose the ball he waves his hand backwards. When we attack, sorry..."attack", he waves his hands forwards. It's painful to watch. He's basically the primary school caretaker who's had to take the Year 6 team out for an afternoon 5 a side tournament.
  12. The expectation is that the team try. Try to win, try to have a game plan, try to keep the occasional clean sheet. That's not pressure. The guy is fast becoming an embarrassment to himself. The only expectation now is that he gets sacked for woeful underperformance.
  13. Give the lad a break. Maybe he had a long drive ahead of him and needed hydration.
  14. For the first time in about 18 years, i don't think there's 11 players at the club that we could put together to give me any glimmer of hope or optimism. I hate myself for saying this, because they epitomise all that's wrong with the club, but I'd go 442 and try Ayew and Daka together. Just to give us some presence in the opposition half.
  15. I can believe it, and the quote about Marti being the worst of the lot (incredible really, given RVN clearly had no talent or desire to succeed). But Hamza has been shocking of late. The game bypassed him yesterday and his cameo at Wrexham was even worse. He'd not look out of place at an over 70s walking football.
  16. Legit? Hard to know what to believe these days. Vice captain out on the piss slagging off the manager is pretty apt though. Reminds me of the 2004-08 days when I was at uni. We were so shit and the players were always out on the lash. They also failed to see the irony.
  17. Dude he tackled Mo Salah in 2019 or something. Such short memories on this forum...
  18. Surely a man of principle steps aside at this point. He can't honestly think he's good enough at this point.
  19. Yes! Glad it wasn't only me who noticed this. Offered nothing. No energy, no drive, no inventiveness or leadership. He plays like he's in cruise control, but without any of the control.
  20. No one played well. Page was trying but with 10 tired, lazy teammates with zero game plan he had little chance of impacting the game Lots of woeful performances but I'll single out Hamza who I thought was incredibly ineffective. He genuinely looks like he doesn't care, which was previously all he had going for him.
  21. The man defines Leicester City recruitment in the 2020s. An expensive, overpaid donkey.
  22. Oxford looked better than us. Hungrier, better organised, clear game plan. We are so much worse than the sum of our parts. There are literally no positives to take from a game like today. It was a 0/10 performance, a 0/10 result and the type of which we are seeing on a weekly basis. The only thing more disgusting than the wastes of skin we appoint as managers, is the absolute weapons that hire them.
  23. This is pretty much exactly what I was expecting. Will stick it on at home in 6 months!
  24. New manager sounds like an upgrade
