Come on. His participation as an lcfc player is hauntingly bad. Just because we had a few shit weeks of Ward/no Fofana before he came doesn't mean the bar was suddenly set that low. He's cemented that standard with his clueless defending. I'll accept he looked decent in the championship but he clearly isn't PL level.

The guilt and shame those running the club feel must be debilitating. Imagine slowly realising that every decision you make is destroying an institution. Almost don't blame them from hiding away from all exposure/criticism/decision making. Just let the club sleepwalk into an abyss. Perhaps no one will notice

The club's trajectory since he joined is shocking. We used to win competitions before he arrived. Since then we've shipped goals and played like school children. It's embarrassing but the fact he thinks he's too good for us, when in fact he's one of the worst CBs we've seen for over a decade, is laughable.

Any whispers this morning? I guess last week has bought him a few games but we're just waiting for the inevitable aren't we? Yes, the squad is weak but the right manager would keep us up, even if it was 17th.

He's totally out of his depth, clearly. Sacking Cooper was the right call. But replacing him with someone worse and totally ill matched for the job wasn't.

Nice to see we have reasonable fans still, but I do understand the dislike. He came in, immediately weakened the side, got us relegated, wanted out, Maresca swayed him back and now he publicly wants out again. It's quite unprofessional but also just a bit embarrassing given he's nowhere near the level he thinks he is.

So strange. Doesn't he know he's already struggling at the level he's at? He's not going to find a better club. If anything it should be us nudging him out of the door for a steady centre back that can concentrate for 90 mins.

Be good for the team to gel (even win a game maybe?). But shame not to get a glimpse of some other players.
