Appreciate that. I did suspect it'd be related to my terrible core strength 🥲
-
Biggest issue for me currently is my back. Just feels so stiff and sore when running. I'm fairly fit but it's fast becoming a problem.
-
If we can keep Mavididi, Fatawu and BEK then we're probably top 2 end of the season. We just need to get those who don't want to be here out of the club asap. I liked the look of Nelson, who seemed agile alongside being strong and physical. Otherwise, the starting 11 did well, although Soumare looked done by 75 mins.
-
Think our starting XI is pretty nailed on after today. Just hope that any offers coming in are for those surplus to requirements!
-
If we can somehow offload BDCR, Faes and maybe one other chump, and bring in a complete forward, I'd be quietly confident.
-
Nearly. Already faster than Ayew!

James Justin (signed for Leeds, official. 10m.)

Any player who was shit under Cooper and RVN gets a free pass. He was outstanding for 6-12 months and, as others have said, was ruined by the injury. I still subconsciously expect him to return to an excellent PL full back but maybe I'm overly optimistic. Would be interested to see what a competent manager can get out of him. -
He pretended to care, using his mouth to compensate for his legs. I found his faux consideration for Leicester quite offensive and the fact he's happily left to get more air time on TV the cherry on top. He's already more bothered about being a pundit than a footballer.

Sell to the lowest bidder!!!!

He'd come back with Bamford and no change. And 3 wheels left on the car. -
What a terribly worded opening sentence. I know what a double negative means, but a triple negative is taking too much brain power.

Leicester City Seeks To Strengthen Links With Supporter Groups

Just stop running the club into the ground. That'll engage me and probably every other disenchanted fan. -
This will be great. With the handbrake off for Skipp, Winks, Soumare and Ndidi to bomb forward. Just think of the goal contributions! ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️🤤

I agree but thought higher fees had been touted previously. Either way, be delighted to get him off the books, even ahead of our other overpaid prima donna centre backs.
-
Well we put him on those wages and paid a lot more! But appreciate the sentiment. Although thought Rangers were linked with a higher fee a few weeks back?

Selling our best player for no profit feels very on-brand
-
Seriously? We will do what we do every time we get a bid for a player we don't need: Reject it. Pay the player huge sums of money pw and then let them go for free at the end of their contract.
-
Less than £20m would be poor from us. Having a capable back up doesn't compensate for the fact that we're being robbed, again. Six months ago I'd have been disappointed with sub £30m.
-
I'd take £2m but actually thought we'd get more for him. The sooner the better so we can invest it (waste it).
-
Mad that we have CMs that cost £15, 20, 25 million and get paid approx £100k pw each, yet you'd be flabergasted if even one of them scored a goal in the Championship this season.
-
If we go up this season then we can pretty much go back to the drawing board and I'll feel some sense of optimism. We'll lose so many poor, overpaid players. Just need to pray that something drastic happens off the pitch between now and then. The chances of all the above happening are slim!

Were our scouts in attendance? Fully expecting a deadline deal for Nsingi now...

Always worth taking a risk when you've got money to burn.

I was with a Spurs mate at the time. He was hoping for £10m...

Vesty and Faes are our best CBs at this level. I'd love to see both leave and us build with Okoli and Nelson (and Souttar), but they're starters for top international sides.
