  1. He's the stand out player for FC Lorient, fingers crossed we can sign him.
  2. I have more brains in one of my Hemorrhoids than those two!

    Tete

Don't worry his head is not burning! "Its hot for Tete to Leicester". And yes Tete in French does mean head.

    Tete

    With a Mullet I presume?
  5. Yeah but Mendy could be there but just standing behind someone!

    Tete

Don't forget to pick up your toys after you've thrown them! Then get back in your pram.
  7. Am I blind, but no Maddison or Tielemans in the photo, probably up at the Toon getting their medicals?

    Tete

I came on this thread to see if we signed Tete as it was HOT, but I seem to have read about Rodgers, Rudkin & co, FT likes to go off piste. Probably(likely) been guilty of it myself in the past.
  9. For me it has only been a thing since Ade Akinbiyi, which is odd because any new striker would think "I can't do any worse than his guy" hence the pressure should be off.
  10. It is the so called Leicester striker curse, I know we've had one or two who've performed and I don't need to name the obvious, but it seems to happen to us quite a lot, or it is just my perception of our club. I know fans of other clubs say the same thing like Chelsea, but we do seem quite good at letting strikers go, who then seem to perform at other clubs. For me I think Daka has the qualities to succeed, but we don't seem to play a system that would get the best out of him, get the right personnel around him and I'm sure he'll start banging in the goals.....or move him on and watch him score for fun, it is the Leicester way.
  11. But with most owners the debt is loaded onto the club, these super rich protect themselves. So be careful what you wish for!
  12. Yep, I agree, but we still have to beat teams out of the so called top six.
  13. I know it is natural to be very negative when your team is doing badly, but we are in the "3 worse team bracket" at this current moment in time. It is just so painful to watch us!
  14. You have to win your home matches against teams like Brighton. We are a poor side at the moment, buckle up it is going to be a bumpy ride.
  15. I don't want to put the Kibosh on this signing, but how long before he does his ACL? Need to get those Buddhist monks over and give him a blessing.
  16. You're such a bright spark, you are so right. I bet your s**t even stinks of roses!
  17. Yep you are right I am whining for no reason, you are so insightful. I wish I could be just like you! P.s. I think it is "moaning about the club".
  18. I don't give a tom tit about other clubs, why would I!
  19. I have a better idea, why doesn't every bring a bucket of sand to the match, and they can all be Ostriches.
  20. Do I want to know the exact transfer budget....no, do I want to know Susan Whelan's favourite colour......no, or the colour of Rudkins tie....no! I understand that they cannot go into every minute detail, but when things are going swimmingly, communication seems easy, but when the s**t hits the fan, people naturally hunker down, this is when you need communication with the fans. Look at Everton, where the distance from the board and supporters has seemed to grow to levels where all sorts of conspiracy theories are banded about. The board and the owner are only custodians of our football club, they may own it on paper, but without us the club is nothing.
  21. Communication is the key to all this, but the board don't seem to want to, or have been told not to talk about it! I think they have forgotten that the club belongs to the supporters club, and they are only custodians of it. Now for a bit of Led Zep!
  22. If it is the case, then it is very fuching immature, why would anyone do that if they love/like the club? Putting the club at risk of financial peril for the sake of an ego or two.
  23. For us of a certain age the last 7 or 8 years haven't been the norm for Leicester, we were always a bit of joke before that, but so what! So perhaps we're just finding ourselves again and it is time to laugh at ourselves once more, re-find that sense of humour, that was a prerequisite for being a fan of our club.
  24. You know times are desperate when your are tracking a plane, just for an imaginary glimmer of hope that Top is coming to sack Rodgers!
