  1. It's crazy to me how Iheanacho's goals are written off because it's easier to score as a substitute but Cannon has mediocre performances written of because of the same circumstance. Cannon hasn't shown enough when played for us to rely on him in this run in, maybe he proves me wrong but his lack of minutes is not a criticism i would make of Enzo when promotion is on the line.
  2. Cannon: 2 goals 1 assist in 400 minutes for us Daka: 7 goals 5 assists in 1000 minutes for us Based off what we've seen so far this season Cannon is sadly not the answer.
  3. In what universe are we on track for an 100 point season? That would requires 4 wins from our next 5, since the turn of the year we are 11W - 2D - 6L and most of those wins came in January/February.
  4. They recently signed Suarez. I cant see them signing another old big name striker
  5. When was the last time he did either of those?
  6. I thought we were better in the second half with Justin playing. Justin has been poor recently but he looked much better yesterday.
  7. I thought that was one of his best performances in a while. Didnt seem to put a foot wrong today.
  8. He's been on the periphery of the team all season yet he has shown no signs of frustration and has plays with 100% commitment.
  9. No because Man City are recording profits every season and will continue to do so until they change ownership. Maybe the likes of Chelsea, who have underperformed massively relative to spending, will receive a points deduction at some point but at the end of the day it is clubs like our that are first on the chopping block.
  10. Why are we talking about the big 6? The only clubs that have broken these new PSR rules are relegation scrappers like Everton, Nottingham Forest and ourselves. If we don't want our club getting hit by consecutive points deductions and being thrown into championship mediocrity this is the best case scenario for us.
  11. I would yes, Faes is very unreliable, one game he is constantly winning the ball back like yesterday, the next he's fallen asleep on the ball and passes it straight to the opposition. With our financial situation we should be selling, ive pretty much given up on us having any chance at staying up if we get promoted so getting money from some of our sellable assets should help stop the bleeding.
  12. Being a Beligium international doesnt make him a good player, it's his performances that define whether he is good or not. He was good the other day but a decent price for him in the summer would go amiss.
  13. Am i thick or were Brighton in breach of FFP between 2019 and 2021 according to that table? It shows losses of over £105mil over those three seasons.
  14. If you got yourself into one of these situations in a video game you would quit, delete save and start a new game.
  15. How reliable is this guy? Are they accounting for wages covered by other teams for our players on loan? Are these wages taking into account the relegation clauses?
  16. Mavididi get the f in
  17. Ndidi's movement is so important for us.
  18. I would take 8 shit wins at this point, this promotion means too much in terms of the financial stability of this club. Even if this team show nothing to prove they arent going straight back down next season i would take it.
  19. I wish he was just terrible so that we can drop him and move him on. He has some very good attributes which tricks our managers into putting faith in him but he's incredibly unreliable.
  20. We were worse when Hamza came off, worse in possession and worse defensively.
  21. He was good at the start of the year but quite bad recently. Hopefully he can rediscover his form.
  22. Modric on a Cabiasso type deal? Wages are way too high but a man can dream.
  23. I think it would have, we were already signing average players for ridiculous prices under Vichai and trying too hard to keep our star players when they no longer wanted to be here (Mahrez). These were the core reasons that we are in this mess, Top is just unlucky that these problems bore fruit after he took over. Rodgers would have probably gone sooner under Vichai but that would have only delayed relegation.
