I agree with you. However I do feel he has been poorly managed. He was playing well and ultimately was our only positive in almost all games. He then got dropped for a bad 45 mins. He is a young lad and very clearly a confidence player. Should be man manger better imo.

To be fair though we never had a chance. They know how you use a sister club

he obviously has floors but for me if he plays well for 20 minutes we have a much better chance of winning.

I agree with this so much.not just monga but we have really missed out on a priceless opportunity to build on past success. I feel to give players a pathway to the first team encourages other players to come and chose us. I know he’s not in our pool of players but a classic example is Bellingham. He chose DVB over Man City, amongst others because he could see a clear development pathway to the first team and to big things. I honestly feel like this is the only realistic way to be a sustainable for a club like ours. I can’t believe people who are in charge of this club cannot see this. if we don’t act we will continue to lose young players, we will continue to give journeyman and podcasters their last big contracts and continue to fail.

He should have been moved on permanently about 3 years ago. He is involved in nearly all controversy at the club and is a pretty woeful footballer. Its now 2025, we are in the premier league, there should not even be a hamza thread. Shows how stagnant we are, truly pathetic.

Realistically, is he going to come back and be fit enough to make an instant impact this year? Been out for ages. If they offer 15 mill I would take it. They won’t though so nothing will happen

I agree completely but realistically we need about 3 players that instantly improve the first 11. With seemingly no budget we just won’t be able to. Might aswell build for future instead. Sorry I’m just resigned to the fact we are down. I know its an extremely negative view. 😂

For me I would keep like to keep King Power on the basis that they do put their hands in their pocket and we have achieved great things. They have also showed they are fully committed. We are not here because we are strapped for cash, we are here because we have made countless wrong decisions for a very long time, meaning we have no wiggle room in PSR. Don’t get me wrong this is entirely their fault. I would only keep them if an entire restructure is carried out and top needs to get experts in and let them do it. New DOF needs to be the priority and they need to be put in place with the remit to entirely change the direction, strategy and mindset. I know none of this will happen. It’s fundamentally broken, that has seen loyal and sentiment drag this club down. ….so king power out! 😂

Fully behind this signing. Need to be realistic, he will be solid next year in champs, he has already 60 caps for reading and their forum suggests he is probably their best player. 19 years old, IMO he is exactly the type of signing we should be making. We have to change our strategy and this one is sustainable
