I would prefer to buy players that either improve first eleven or will do in the future. Personally, I don’t think we need numbers for numbers sake. If we are looking for squad players then let’s buy young ones who are hungry for game time and get your average Belgian hit or miss squad players on loan.

Be really frustrating if we end up with this guy instead but would be pretty much us. 25 years old, bit hit and miss. Sounds about right.

We will over pay for a 27 year old with no resale value, who will have premier league experience ( in a previous failure) who, after a playing out a few loans, will end up in at Galatasary for an undisclosed fee and massive loss. In my opinion it’s another example where again we under sell and over pay. Personally, Seems like every single transfer we do we are on the wrong side of and deep like we have to convince our selves it’s ok. Why can’t we just have a transfer dealing where we actually feel we have got a good deal.
