They have changed rules as you say but after June 24 so question will be whether PL can push down any punishment when the rule didn’t exist when alleged offence occurred.

In May 25 Independent Commission adjudicated that LCFC came under the jurisdiction of the PL for period ending June 24. That’s why PL is involved and EFL are not

We had no requirement to supply our accounts until March 25, 3 months after when PL wanted them. When the independent commissions ruled in March 25 we were under PL jurisdiction for period ending June 24 we supplied them straight away. That is our defence

The article states rules amended earlier this year so points deductions can be passed from PL to EFL. I just cannot believe they will be legally allowed to implement a new rule after alleged offence took place if we are found guilty and lose appeal it will be a fine or points deduction held over to next time we are in PL. As that may not happen for a while PL will accept a fine.
