We're ****ed......one way or another

Was looking last night for somewhere to take the kids the last week of August (unfortunately only time me and the Mrs can both get off this summer holidays) but begrudge paying 3K for a week beach holiday in a shit-hole or £1500 for a half decent caravan in a ridiculously busy holiday park. So I looked at City Breaks instead, cheapest option was comfortably Hamburg so booked 4 nights there. Kids are 8 and 4 and will be the first time we've taken them abroad for a City break. Looks to be some reasonable kid friendly stuff, miniatur wonderland looks ace, but any suggestions for family friendly bars and restaurants would be handy. Probably not the Reeperbahn I'd guess

I've been reluctant to admit it over the years but I think it's time I started giving Eddie Howe some credit for being a good manager. I thought after last season he was on his way out but he's doing a good job again this year. Yes, helped by some top quality players but he's also still got Dan Butn playing above himself.

I've enjoyed the reboot. Not sure if it's intentional but some of the gladiators are rubbish. One of the girls looked shit scared on the duel and that Viper has been awful every time he's been on.

I don't usually like 11 changes but I'd be happy to not see most of the first team for a week.

His strength was his overlapping and even underlapping runs when working with Barnes. Managers don't seem to want full backs to do that anymore. He was never good on the ball consistently and was always suspect in defence.

Still blows my mind that we've appointed a manager that doesn't have a team around him he can trust.

Alright is our best player most weeks. Thomas was fine today, always felt the criticism of him is OTT. Neat and tidy, doesn't do much wrong but lacks the extra bit to be at this level.

Almost feel sorry for him, I don't think he's trying to be bad, he is just making horrible decisions consistently. Surely when you are out of form you take no chances. Fair enough noone shown for a pass but he had enough time to realise this and boot it away. Then he can have a go at others for hiding.
