  1. Paul Moran, not sure what happened to him when his loan finished
  2. Cant beat a good Rafe for a player can you
  3. You Think ? .... if it wasnt for the looming points deduction i think wed be willing to offer that, but is it worth the risk all considerd
  4. Id go for David Moyes, give him a one year rolling contract, hes got the tactical nounce at this level and hes not had to shabby career in the premier leauge I think if Cooper comes in he gets a 3 year deal which in a years time more than likely end up paying off , good manager but has he got the credentials to mastermind 1-0 wins ? With the points deduction looming id deffo get Moyes in with his experiance and lets face it Everton and West Ham are big clubs so hell be used to the pressure ...Iys gonna be a hell of a scrap but with Moyes in charge i thing we stand a chance
  5. Cant believe you've left out Alan Rodgers !
  6. Has he gone yet ? Seems to be taking forever ! i thought compo and his contract had been agreed .....Wouldn't it be funny if Chelsea had a last minute change of heart and he try's to come back cap in hand
  7. Yeah but sooner later they will have to be patient with some one, cant keep chopping n changing every 5 mins
  8. I should be gutted but I'm actually not ! Cant really blame him , it appears the club were not transparent at all on the FFP front. Whilst his stocks high was always going to be interest in him, however I'm surprised its Chelsea. Hes on to a win win nothing to lose everything to gain. He gets sacked massive payout and will still get another prem job, turns them around hes the messiah . Wish him all the best, he did what he was brought into do at the end of the day , gotta thank him for that even though the football was boring ...I think he may actually smash it at Chelsea given time
  9. This belter By The JOVE !
  10. This thread has totally scrambled my brain
  11. Obsession ? its not even entered my mind that we would still be able to watch him , even if he was anyway i wouldn't ! All I'm saying is if he does leave he will of left on a high , why risk it with the threat of possible relegation if we do get a points deduction which will probably happen, what then ?.....
  12. My stance on this per my FB post - Wrexham would be a great move. Hes done it all with us , Championship winner , the great escape , Premier league winner, FA Cup winner , breaks the scoring record for consecutive games, champions league, charity shield winner....we go down he bangs in 20 goals to win us the league and gets us back up.....that to me is finishing on a high, he has nothing more to prove and and has given us more than enough . Worst case scenario , we get relegated next season , that's no way to bow out ! If the chance comes go to Wrexham, hell be on a good wage with sponsorship and bonuses , the fans will love him ! Hollywood owners opens his profile even more in the states. Hes had a Hollywood career , one last chapter for his movie !
  13. Comer direct from supplier in China.... I was so dubious when i first got one about 4 years ago, was worried about the quality and sizing like most would. But I ordered one anyway to try and have been doing since ....I refuse to pay £90 or what ever they charge. Delivery is tracked and to your door in 12-16 days , had in 7 before though . They are top quality and I have a nice little customer log
  14. If you look at his stats they are not actually that bad played- 232 Goals- 61 Assists - 34 overall goal/ assists - 95 Yeah Hes played 232 games, but how many of those were as a substitute getting 5 mins here 5 mins there ....I still think he could do a job in the prem for us but by all accounts he turned day £65k per week
  15. When the new kits out, I sell shirts for £25 including name and number, not just us but all teams from across the world . Full kit is £33. Feel free to PM me, iv been doing for about 3 years as a bit of a side-line, I guarantee there is no difference in quality , sizing is great and they wash great..... all have the tags etc . MODS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO DELETE IF NEED BE
  16. All started for me as a 7 year old , hearing " Young Parisians " by adam & the ants " Still 43 years on a huge huge fan of the ANT and have caught him live around 25 times since his comeback in 2011, after only seeing him twice in the 80s and once in the 90s. After that around 83 time as a 10 year old i got into KISS and sabbath, Rainbow and then the whole 80s rock scene , JOVI, POISON , SKID ROW , CINDERELLA GNR ETC whom i still listen to all these bands today..... the whole 80s was a brilliant period for music, 90s was ok .....GIMME RAAAAAAWK !
  17. Lets be honest about 1 thing.... if he wasn't Peps number 2 he wouldn't even of got an interview. Top has seen what Arteta has done at the Arse and fancied a bit of that !....Yeah its boring to watch but for 90% of the season it worked . Do i rate him , no not really , thought it was a very odd and i would of stuck with Deano as he had proven experience at this level . Kind of feel as though Top and the board wasn't entirely truthful re the finances going into the season as surely they would of known about the FFP that has hit us ? .....promotion or not he wont be here next season, hes already thrown his toys out of his pram with the rant !
  18. Iv been saying that, hes a top quality manager who plays fast attacking exciting football
  19. I wish the big six would just fook right off and get that super league going !
  20. Leicester City may have hoped, in responding bullishly to the Premier League and EFL’s actions against them, to create a siege mentality that supercharged the club’s bid for promotion. They’re railing against the system. They’re a crusader for all wronged clubs. They’re not going to succumb without a fight. That is how they framed the charge for an alleged breach of Profitability and Sustainability Rules and the transfer embargo placed on them last week. They may have hoped supporters would buy into that stance and join them in their battle. It didn’t work. There is little sympathy for the club. Many fans have instead questioned the running of the club and how badly they were managed to have allegedly broken the rules and yet still been relegated anyway. READ MORE: Who is Nick De Marco? The 'Lionel Messi of sports barristers' representing Leicester City READ MORE: Leicester City notebook: Fatawu future as embargo bites, Braybrooke impact & Knudsen's Foxes reunion It’s not that there are not legitimate concerns about the regulations and how they may favour the most famous clubs, protecting them from ambitious sides attempting to disrupt the top order. And the club’s point over the premature nature of the EFL embargo, handed out with three months to go in the financial year, feels a fair one. But it also seems like City’s fight is one of technicalities and timing. The injustice isn’t strong enough to direct the full force of fan rage towards the governing bodies. These are fans who know about the transfer failures, the high wage expenditure and the inability to offload players that have combined to put City in this predicament. Plenty of clubs of a similar size to City have managed to follow the rules and stay in the Premier League, even qualifying for Europe. There are the contradictions too. The club said they “would prefer the (legal) proceedings to be in public, so its supporters and the wider world can be informed about the important issues of football governance that will be considered”. And yet the very limited communication from the hierarchy with supporters over the past few years suggests fans being informed is far from one of their priorities. That City claim to be representing all clubs when they were reportedly seeking financial compensation against Everton when they were first charged also feels like a contradiction. It’s not a good look. While the possible bid to create a siege mentality has not paid off, Enzo Maresca and his players will likely still get a strong backing when the Championship resumes this Friday. The manager has built up plenty of goodwill and the bond between the players and supporters is excellent, having recovered considerably since relegation. And they need that support. City begin the run-in in a high-pressure situation. Not only do they have potential points penalties hanging over them if the allegations are proven, but they’ve fallen from top spot for the first time in six months. The gap to third has closed considerably and promotion is far from the certainty it seemed only seven or eight weeks ago. To not get promoted this season would be an even greater disaster now. The squad would likely be dismantled this summer, and further adapting to a Championship revenue as well as ensuring the financial rules aren’t at risk of being broken again would be a tough task. That's even if the registration embargo is lifted. Promotion next season would be a much more difficult challenge.
