Coach Brian Barry-Murphy (pictured) has made a positive impact since moving to the club in December with the squad impressed with the clarity and quality he brings to the training sessions. It clearly doesn't, it said this was a one off agreement. This one is all a bit of a non story but it's clear there is a bit of needle between Vestergaard and who ever broke the story. On the face of it he doesn't seem to mind falling out with people. It does pi55 me off that players commute up from London but this isn't unique to LCFC. Sadly, Vesty's dog got an ACL and had to be put down.

In fairness, it was a loan with an obligation, and Sunderland are going to have to get through the play offs. If it was a direct sale i think it would have been stupid to not do it, by i appreciate why we didn't (although Kasey hasnt featured since!)

I'm not sure with Facundo as i think he has to take some responsibility himself. Losing the ball cheaply and running into dead ends was a problem of his under Cooper. But under Cooper out strategy seemed to be to give it to him and magic will happen. When things became more structured, his form fell apart.

They have to use what they have at their disposal. From memory, Cooper pretty much dropped him. But yesterday was about as deep as ive seen us play, so i had presumed that Vesty was used tactically. Im just not really sure what the tactics were.

I remember seeing in an earlier interview that when he was younger he didnt know if he wanted to get into management. He may now have realised this isnt for him. If thats the case, you wait to get sacked, get your money, and become a pundit.

If he sorts this defense out then he deserves a knighthood. The only way to sort ours out is with good recruitment and draining the swamp. I can't see Dyche taking this. We are done for this season, likely getting pummeled by the EFL next year and may well struggle to recruit and compete. Surely he just bides his time and waits for something better to turn up. Which it will.

I previously felt we should stick with him, but right now i have no idea what is going on. It's not that things 'aren't working'. It just appears nothing is happening. This appointment has just fizzled out and it appears that nobody really cares and wants to stand up and do anything. Its just flat - weird - odd. I feel like if we score they will all just trott back to their positions and not even celebrate.
