Tbf I don't think the Chelsea vs Man Utd game had better quality than this one.

We agree to disagree. I never said I'm endorsing criminal behaviour. There are ways to stop crime. 3-3. Love it.
-
Yes but you're not allowed to be entertained. Scrap the fixture.
-
I feel old now. Back in the day we used to do our season best XI under a 4-4-2 or a 4-3-1-2.

If they can't deal with it they'd better change jobs or seek for private funding because they're all paid by us. If they're corrupted they should be out of the job. If I remember well they were everywhere during lockdowns arresting and fining people. Happy days for them.
-
What do you mean about "scrap the fixture"? If there are incidents in social life which might be considered as criminal offences there are legal routes and the police to deal with them or prevent them when possible. Are you going to penalise on a flat rate everyone for a football game?
-
I might be wrong but the whole procedure indicates it's a manager's instruction. We've done it several times before with an opposition player closer to our GK. I can understand the benefits of the approach but imo it's way too risky. That goal changed the game. Season's coming to the end, we don't have the luxury to afford slip ups, we need to take fewer risks at the back and obviously our CBs aren't world class.

I have a solution to this. Video replay checking should last max 15secs. If you start drawing lines, correcting lines, watching 1000 angles and asking the astronauts at the Space Station to check if they have a better camera angle of the incident, it means it's not clear and whatever the decision is it will cause controversy. I know some teams will suffer more than others with bad on field decisions but there's a way to "cure these wounds" : Compensation. We all know these unofficial tables with VAR decisions for and against. Make them official and reward £2M every team which had pts losses for each controversial decision (incidents that went to VAR like yesterday's). This means for example if our team had 8 incidents by the end of the season will get 16M. Not bad imo. -

You're right it can't be proved but if we're going to analyse every situation with "ifs" and "maybes" it means the violation wasn't clear and obvious. When 3 people at the VAR can't make up their mind for 10mins whilst in this time I had already 2 pints and did the dish washing, it's pretty obvious the initial outcome was also plausible. If you ask 100 people about Ward-Prowse's goal on the same game 50 of them will say there was GK interference. Football isn't the right sport to check with such detail refs decisions. You need to let it flow. It's not basketball or American football. -

I agree. There must be some common sense in these situations but ofc nobody responsible for the decisions has any sort of IQ or common sense. -
He didn't play well but he was following Enzo's orders by playing these passes to Ndidi. Even if these passes were successful Ndidi is absolutely useless in decision making at these positions on the right side of the box. Ndidi is better when he's inside the box seeking for the final pass for a header or shot like McTominay did a lot of times this season.

I can't really understand why we're approaching every single game the same way. Even a couple of mediocre subs late today made a difference just because we automatically brought more bodies into the box. I'm really baffled with this situation. Is Enzo thinking playing against Birmingham, Forest Green, Leeds or Arsenal is exactly the same thing? It would have maybe been the same if we had 11 world class players which ofc isn't the case. Why on earth in a possible season defining game like this and level after 70mins we don't fill the box with 2 strikers? I would even go the full way and have Vardy, Iheanacho and Daka all in together. Credit where it's due the lads at least showed some fight especially in the last 10mins but the tactical approach was again appalling. Enzo or whoever comes in this team isn't beyond the club. Words in a context like "this is my style, deal with it" have no place in this team especially under the circumstances.

Usuless subs, won't bring anything new, only more side passing. -

Would really love to know the reason they're exhausted. Because in this game every single one of them is slower than an EV out of battery. -

Only Enzo believes the ball will teleport itself into the net with this atrocious side and back passing. -

It's not the squad, it's the "modern" football and all these wannabe managers that think GKs are top midfielders or something between Maldini and Platini. This one might cost us the promotion and it's Enzo's fault alongside the members of the board who think this "style" has anything to do with proper football. -

Oh, I didn't know Enzo confirmed he's back. Maybe he's just back in training and he'll be available mid April as all online sources suggest. -

I'm a bit confused here guys, why some of you keep asking about Cannon? The lad is injured and he's expected back late April, isn't he? -

What Game Are You Playing At The Moment ?

Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth is the best game so far this year for me. Balatro and Classified France 44 come also really close to GOTY material. -
Should There Be Play-offs in the Football League?
Fear Of The Fox replied to StanSP's topic in Leicester City Forum
PO format is good as it is. The league is competitive enough to justify it. If this changes for some reason in the future I would suggest a 20 teams league with top 8 PO (pts gap rules applied) and bottom 8 PO. -
Just have some fun mate. Whatever happens it's going to be a grand finale to the season. Gather some friends around in the next games and enjoy it. Still 7 games to go, a game in hand, more drama is coming. Even more drama is coming if we get promoted. It never ends.

He's in the Top 3 already alongside Fernandes "Ratatouille" and Richarlison. Maupay is trying hard to sneak in also.

Why? Can't you see how much fun Sky is having?
