Playing 4231 again. Playing a high line again. Our CB's aren't up to it. He wasn't the right manager for the situation. Needs to go ASAP. Agree the board haven't helped themselves but he is a honking manager, making honking tactical decisions week in week out. Why can't people see it.

I can't believe the defence Ruud gets. Yes the board are part of the problem but he's not the man we need. One of our worst run of defeats on record. If he wasn't a "name" the fans would be treating him completely differently. Yes Cooper wasn't great but he did grind out just enough points to keep us in it. Ruud has played the same team, tactics and formation week in week out and doesn't work with this squad. Awful awful subs and games management and Cooper had us score more than 1 goal on a couple of occassions. If the fans gad got behind him no way he would have lost 8 on thr bounce. People forget he did a whole season in the prem was well liked at forest and kept them up. We've got used to the possession based fancy football which time has proven we dont have the squad for. RVN needs to go and we will pick up some points.

Ayew can break and play a ball to Mav who will stop wait for spurs defence to regroup and play it backwards. Repeat 3-4 times then Mav plays a pass forward to Daka who has a 1:1 opportunity but trips over the ball.

Ruud was completely the wrong appointment. Used to winning week in week out in the Dutch 1team league. Sure he has attributes and could develop but it just seemed a complete mismatch for a team in a dirty relegation slog. Agree its a grim situation but he clearly isn't managing the players well if its becoming toxic. A new defender shouldn't be wanting out after only signing a few months ago. He fell out with the board and his own coaching staff at PSV and similar happening here. He is the problem and we need a new manager.

We've lost 7games in a row and every week RVN rolls out the same formation, same tactics, same players when it isnt working. Our squad could stay up we've just had two duds as managers. Our defensers are two old and slow Vesty or too rash faes to play 2CBs but we roll it out every week and are suprised we get the same defensive results each week Need to move to 3atb for the extra cover. both vesty and faes can play a pass and coady or okoli would be fine. Takes the pressure off our shit left and right backs too. We can play on the break with facundo and bilal. Up top is an issue but roatate vardy daka mavididi. Surely 1 of them can do it. 4231 just isn't working.

We have won games and grinded out some draws so we can do it. We were 15th untill this clown took over although the fans did for Cooper and that had run its course.
