  1. That backheel from Emile to Claridge is my all time favourite Leicester goal (prior to 2016 anyway).
  2. Looks cracking - shame the whole lot are out of stock.
  3. In context of our situation I would say 6/10. We have steadied the PSR ship and have focused on youth and up and coming players rather then Premier League Experience. There's still some shite left in the squad but you can only sell what people want to buy so we have to make the best of them. All told it feels like a step in the right direction even if it's only a small step.
  4. I’m pleased with a lot of the outs. Happy with the two midfielders. I know nothing about the new striker and that’s the bit most concerning really. Still feels like no proper goal threat up front but fingers crossed this lad comes good.
  5. You don't have to be much above average (for this level) to be one of the most skilled players in our squad.
  6. Not bothered to see him go. He looked good in spells but average at other times. If his attitude is as reported then I'm happy to see the back of him and if we can eventually turn a bit of profit on him then all the better.
  7. I'm well chuffed he's gone abroad. Now I can enjoy watching the swansong of his career a lot more than if he'd rocked up at Palace or something.
  8. No, that's our next transfer to Wrexham.
  9. In spite of all the misery and doom and gloom on the forum at the minute it’s threads like this that keep me coming back for more. Top work lads 😂
  10. I have seen trees that can run faster than vestergaard.
  11. Amazing the difference a bit of effort makes.
  12. We would genuinely be better playing with 10 than playing Soumare.
  13. Seeing as the options are either injury prone, totally inexperienced or plain shit we should just sack off having a formal club captain. Each week just give the armband to whichever one of them gets changed and into the tunnel first.
  14. I don’t want him but based on the shitty options we seem to have lasered in on, Wilder would be the most sensible option. He’s been promoted from this league, he got a cracking points tally last season and he shows some flexibility in tactics when needed. He’s a bit of an aggro knob but I’d be more than happy to see him fall out with our board and call them out for the incompetent twats they are.
  15. To be fair most of our players are incredibly privileged to be in the Premier League. they belong in non-league at best!!
  16. I haven't listened to the interview but this probably bothers me more than anything about him (and other similar managers). There's nothing wrong with his style it's just the players aren't good enough. In my view the biggest failing of possession first football is that it requires you to have better players than the opposition to be successful.
  17. I think Ruud goes the moment our relegation is confirmed. My bet is that there's a clause in his contract that we don't have to pay half as much compo if he can't keep us up.
  18. Fair play - that's a shit situation to have to go through. Looking at the support he got from the club and the fans though, there's no way he walks away next season.
  19. Have you taken this from the Jon Rudkin diary definition of doing incredibly well
  20. Very appropriate.
  21. It will be nice to see 11 players in Leicester shirts making a bit of an effort for a change.
  22. Not sure if Anstey need that kind of a boost.
  23. I’m pleasantly surprised with a toothless, zero effort, 2-0 loss. Much better than I was expecting.
  24. Shocking. I like to think I would not return and tell them where to stick their gagging order. But it’s easier said than done when football is such a big part of your life. Tw@ts running this club.
