Call the politicians / public figures stupid as much as you like, and their arguments. I mean calling the voters stupid is counterproductive. They get told they are stupid for believing massively well-funded and well produced propaganda, by people who spend a lot more time understanding what is going on than they do.

I think we have to be careful about saying people wouldn't vote reform if they are decent people. See Hillary and her deplorables comments. Talking down to people never helps open the conversation. Plenty of people would consider it reasonable to detain people who have been denied the right to stay in the UK until they are deported. Some of that is from nonsense scaremongering bullshit stories of course. Some of it though is from valid concerns about people disappearing, working illegally, being exploited and resorting to crime if they cannot work legally. The whole if you vote green we will put a immigrant centre near you because you obviously love immigrants is nonsense appealing to a small part of their base.

That's a bit of a leap.

It's an interesting play. Feels dodgy, but picks up on the point that a lot of people support policies which don't have any cost or impact to them personally, while dismissing the concerns of people who actually are impacted in their day to day lives. I would prefer people to avoid voting green because they have stupid policies and their leader is a ****wit, and I am confident those who feel they might vote Green are not going to switch to Reform, so this is really a PR stunt.

They would need 500 people which might be a challenge.

In Australia, the current immigrants of blame are Indians. Australia always has a current group of immigrants who are responsible for the bad driving, lack of housing etc. You know you are Australian when you are complaining about the next group.

Yes, although we will still record the parachute payments as income, and some of the owner funding can be spent on wages. The point being anyone out the door is good at this point. literally anyone.
-
That would be a silver lining at least.

While I am not suggesting the majority of bullying would ever escalate to such awful behaviour, this is why is it so important to stop it early. You never know what tragedy will result.

I used to live near the Chelsea training ground (and hence the squad), and the term entitled **** was created for this guy.

Could we go into Administration next season?

It's important to note that while we have committed those future payments to Macquarie, they are still income to the club when they are received, so form part of the max 60% wages / fees to income ratio in L1. The owners can put in funds to cover the cash requirements, but not much of that can be used to fund wages / signings. -
How can this be legal? Seriously. Time to ban political donations more than say 10k. Including from unions.

What I'm saying is literally anyone we get an offer for needs to leave. We cannot have second string players on 40-60k a week. If you are not the first name on the team sheet, anything over 10-20k is not sustainable.

In many many countries the guy would be shot dead immediately, so on balance kicking him - and not all that hard really - in the head while he was still holding the knife was well within reasonable force.

Agree literally everyone is for sale. We can find 4 centre backs, or more likely 2-3 and youth player back up.
-
It already seems to be spreading to the idea that the press are in on it. Are they taking advantage of the situation? Of course. Did they arrange it? No of course not.
-
I find it hard to believe they see anything better on the training ground from anyone else.

The only commendable thing Starmer has done recently is stand up to the nonsense Trump is coming out with. He should continue to do so.

Completely disagree, this is what the lords is for. Stopping crappy legislation. We fix it and come back.

I would guess around the time their oil starts flowing?

How is he doing?

If Top *did* sell - who do you think might buy the club?

The guy is mentally ill. We are in enough trouble already. -

It is easy to write your anger, or let it out in the pub. Harder when there is miserable looking little bloke in front of you looking like someone just kicked his puppy.
