  1. Not being able to pass 6 yards? Playing a pass where there isn't even a player? Missing absolute sitters? Getting torn open at the back? Collectively, that was a horror show against a mid table team.
  2. That was an absolute horror show. Just got to put it down to one of those days. Our chances would have gone in on another day, and so many misplaced passes was out of character. It's as if no one turned up. Got to chalk it off and move on.
  3. Frustrating watching him again.
  4. No, I completely agree. I was more on about the attitude of some & early leavers etc. Vocally, yeah, that's just poor. Leeds still manage to make Elland Road a fortress. Our atmosphere, for a team of our history. Currently walking what is a tough league, baffles me.
  5. Not sure Daka does need a rest, but if he does, I would like to see Cannon start with Vardy to come on in the latter stages. There's an element that these could be a bogey team, but I do think if we play our way, and we play it well, we can steam roll these.
  6. I agree to an extent, but I don't think there's ever been a change in probably any sport as much as there has been in football these last 5 or so years. Coincides with an increased interest in lower league football. I agree that some people are just bored as a society, but I do also think that people are missing raw football.
  7. VAR, Costs of attending, increasing availability of streaming / live broadcast, sh1t kick off times, introduction of blue cards etc etc.. Footballs losing its ID.
  8. Palace without some key players so i reckon Chelsea will sink them. 3-0
  9. Paul Smith is one of the least funny comedians in existence.
  10. I think he has absolutely bags of potential but equally he's a long way off playing for one of the 'top clubs'. I can see getting him for a couple of years, seeing him develop into an absolute beast, and then going for big money.
  11. Looking more recently, The Ramsey goal for Cardiff this season gets better every time you watch it.
  12. I do agree, but that said, still would like to see an Enzo one. Doesn't have to necessarily be based on achievement, more so to show appreciation under the circumstances of him feeling perhaps under valued or unappreciated.
  13. Don't forget the forum scouts who form their opinions solely on a 6 minute YouTube compilation.
  14. We can always ask Chelsea if they still have this knocking around in the shed. From a distance, it will pass as Enzo.
  15. I just love how absolutely ANYTHING on this forum results in an argument
  16. Understand your frustration, and it's become trendy to blame the police, but realistically, it must be so easy to be a car thief and burglar. I'd imagine you found the car was gone when you returned so the thieves have already had a head start on the police. They will have changed the number plates so ANPR will be of no use either. Same with burglaries, a scarf / mask will negate any CCTV and a pair of gloves will negate any chance of forensics. Don't get me wrong, the Police as a service is poor, but a lot of people would be shocked to know how easy it is to get away with a lot of crimes.
  17. There's definitely nothing worse than the abomination that wore last seasons.
  18. No mate, people who attend away games should be rightly rewarded, I was referring more to the same system that gives people 50 points just for renewing their season ticket - Might not go to an away game all season until the likes of Coventry come around. But it's been discussed numerous times, i don't want to start it again - I was simply commenting on the video posted.
  19. I liked McAteer in the role he played at Stoke. Can't say so soon if its a better permanent position for him, but i'd certainly like to see more of him there. It's difficult, he's playing in such a good squad, its that bit harder to stand out. Would be interested as to what kind of role he could play in the Premier League though, there would have to be a considerable improvement for him to get much game time surely.
  20. On the flip side, if the Club got rid of their ridiculous points system, and allowed new blood to attend away games, then the atmosphere would probably reach a similar level. For both our penalties at Stoke, all i could see was a sea of mobile phones recording it....Like what do you do with that when you can watch it from a better angle, with better quality on the highlights... Fair play to those that have traveled for years but a lot of them (not all) are the most toxic and boring fans in the stand.
  21. I agree, i have massively enjoyed this season in the Championship. Not just because we are winning (always helps) but there's so many reasons why its a much purer experience than in the Premier League. On the same token, no one can deny that the Premier League is the pinnacle of World Football.
  22. Lovely that. Not that it matters to me in the All sth band.
  23. I know with security, safety etc etc it's not as easy as you'd like... But it's frustrating when you have stadiums with about 15,000 empty seats but get an away allocation of just over 2,000. We could have sold our allocation 3 times over for Stoke (& pretty much most aways this season) ...
  24. I thought this season was nailed on to be his last but I hope it isn't. The word legend can be over used, but wow, he fits it by pure definition.
  25. Liverpool been watching Amartey & Danny Ward highlights.
