I have the 5’s. Was wearing Hoka Clifton 9s for my easy runs and the asics are 100 times better. I have seen a massive difference in comfort, speed and ease.

Yellowstone is absolutely class, on season 2 currently.

I had terrible shin splints when I first started running. I used to heel strike too before I changed to landing on the middle of my feet. The main thing that stopped mine in addition to that was stretching calves big time. Another thing is everyone should take creatine. Since taking that I’ve had no muscle pain anywhere.

Just watched the season 2 finale, absolute class. Hope season 3 is on soon

Good stuff on silo I am on episode 5 season 2. I was the same with severance, I had no idea wtf was going on for the first episode of season 2.

I’m watching silo atm on apple. Really great show. Going to save severance until there are all the episodes to watch. Apple is by far the best streaming service for TV shows.

Brussels isn’t that good apart from some decent bars. I would stay in Bruges and then get a train so Ghent for a day as it’s only 30 mins away. There is enough to see and do in Bruges for a couple of days. I can recommend places to eat/drink if you do go.
