I have Hoka Clifton 9 which I wear for slower longer runs, I then have some saucony endorphin pro 3 which have a carbon plate and I wear when aiming to go faster. The difference is extremely noticeable. It’s almost hard to run slowly in the saucony’s. However I do still love the hokas.

Literally just realised that nearly got it wrong again! It was 24.46.

Managed it today 24.46 really pleased. Think I’ll focus on longer slower runs now.
