This was the first match this season that I purposefully didn't watch, and it felt good. If anyone doubts we are back in the Championship, perhaps for years to come, you are are a definition of delusional.

How does one daily commute to a job that is 100+ miles away? Would it be fair to say that it is at least a 3+ hours door-to-door round-trip?

The definitive list of King Power / John Rudkin c**k ups.
Dmitry replied to AKCJ's topic in Leicester City Forum
Which one's Rudkin? -
That’s how they should dress up for the rest of the season. At least we’d enjoy the games these clowns play!

I see no other way to salvation other than hiring a Russian hockey coach for the remainder of the season. He will make them squirm like the little pussies that they are and will squeeze the last shreds of manhood out of them, just to win. And will they shall.

Yes. The minimum of connected passes can't be a negative %.

It's like blaming the patients who feel "entitled" that their doctor should try to cure them. As for the "waves of journalists", there's no such thing in relation to LCFC. No-one gives that much of a shit to make a wave....maybe a bubble, like when one farts in the bathtub.
-
To illustrate how low this version of LCFC is: the 2022/23 LCFC would beat this year's LCFC 2-0. I would wager that the current Liverpool , Arsenal or Man City U21 team would beat this LCFC team 3-0. Feel bad for Hermansen. He's the only PL player on the roster...someone should save him from this dumpster fire of a team.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Dmitry replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Quite honeslty...who gives a sh*t about the protocol at this point? Van Nistelrooy's made a goddamn fool of himself and has ruined his reputation for the foreseeable future. -
You, sir, have patience of a yogi. After the second goal I just fast-forwarded to the 89th minute.
-
It is most disgraceful that the fans care more than the club does. I feel bad for our players who do care...they have no chance here.
-
Indeed. Makes me wonder why so many fans can see what so few in the position of power cannot. Or won't.

West Ham United away, AKA eat, sleep, Decordova-Reid repeat.

Kristiansen isn't far behind...no pun intended. -
The goalkeeping coach Danny Alcock, who knew full well that Danny was shit, and still didn't tell RVN, should've been fired at halftime of the Wolves match. Also, RVN brought his own GK coach. What the f... was he doing at training?

I watched it again at 0.25 speed. When Mbeumo gets the pass he is about 3 yards behind Kristensen. Both start the run. Mbeumo makes up the difference almost immediately (no surprise there), attains control of the ball, overtakes K. without effort, takes the shot at Hermansen's chest. Ball bounces to Skipp and Soumare; the latter gives a perfect little pass to Carvalho, who strikes point blank. Mads blocks, but can't stop it. All Faes needs to do is extend his leg to at least try and block the ball. He just walks away. This is probably the worst spot of defending I've seen...a sh*t show. Just noticed this - after the match, at 10:35 RVN walks past Faes, looks at him like "You mother****er!" and shakes hands with a Brentford player.
-
I guess we are all here gluttons for punishment by now. Just re-watched the "highlights" of the Brentford match. For the last one he basically steps out of the way of the ball, when the ball is flying right into him. Guy is a total tool.
-
Indeed. A lesson in incompetence. I can actually see a book written about this.

I'm sorry, but this is nothing but hearsay, unless someone who was there produces a document to that effect. The bottom-line is that under Cooper we were 17th, 2 points above relegation; we are now 19th, 6 points from relegation. A net effect of -8 points under the new manager, and with discontent not only among the fans, but among the players, spilling out for all to see, unlike the rumors you quoted as fact.
-
Well, the manager IS blaming the players: “We have to accept that we are in a position where every week we face a better team,” van Nistelrooy said. “We have to prepare a team to be the best we can be. We cannot ask more from ourselves. “In the end you have to look at performing at the maximum of your capabilities. I cannot ask the players to do more than that. “With the squad we have, it’s a huge mountain to climb to stay in this league, a huge one. That’s the reality. “...It’s not fair to have certain expectations. You cannot live up to them. You can only be the best you can be. We’ll see at the end if it’s enough or not." https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/ruud-van-nistelrooy-delivers-brutal-9966617 If anyone really needs a translation of this into plain-speak, he's indicating that the team is dreck. While it's hard to disagree with anything said by RVN, he must've known about it before taking the job.

How much worse we would’ve been? We are 19th, 6 points from safety.

Match Ratings: Leicester City 0-4 Brentford - Vote Now
Dmitry replied to Mark's topic in Leicester City Forum
Not a fair set of parameters. Should range from -10 to +10. Faes should be 0. For example, had he he scored that goal on Hermansen, he'd be a -1. Soumare lost the ball for goal 1, gave an assist for Brentford's goal 4. Rate him -2. -

At least they scored...and won. -
Fan since 2015. This Brentford match was the worst one in my memory. I feel sorry for the fans who paid good money to witness this crap from the stands.
-
First 10 minutes were actually quite OK. Brentford defence, while not as sh*t as ours, was quite easy to beat.
-
I can't comment on him any more. It's just sad.
