  1. Swiss Ramble and Stefan Borson have had an interesting back-and-forth about the T / T-1 / T-2 issue on X. I think this is what it's going to boil down to. Ie, we are £12m over on the PL's intent of the rules, but we are £10m under on the way the rules are actually written.
  2. They've got Bournemouth, Ipswich, Man Utd, and Forest as particularly close (passing by £1m-£2m), Newcastle close (passing by £7m) and everyone else easily passing. They only cover the current PL teams so no indication on the clubs relegated in 2023/24.
  3. If Swiss Ramble is approximately correct, I can only think the club's confidence stems from another loophole in the rules (the T / T1 / T2 one that Stefan Borson highlighted in September and someone posted yesterday)
  4. Swiss Ramble has us at £12 million over the threshold (after allowable deductions and including the KDH money). https://swissramble.substack.com/p/which-clubs-are-restricted-by-psr-bde (You get one free article if you download the Substack app and verify your phone number) For anyone not understanding how other clubs have passed, read the article as it breaks down each club individually.
  5. Justin wtf? You ****.
  6. Everton and Forest were charged with breaches mid-January last season.
  7. Using the information in this article we may get up to 7.5 million Euros in compensation if he's out for 12 months. Hopefully that gives us room in January to do something in the transfer market. https://www.beinsports.com/en-us/soccer/articles-video/fifa-to-compensate-barcelona-with-millions-for-player-injury-2024-11-19
  8. Press conference at 9:30 this morning should be interesting
  9. I actually think he's had a decent game overall, but just watch that third goal back and watch Soumare. He's one of 4 back when Utd are attacking and he lets the entire move go by him just jogging along.
  10. Why the hell did Kristiansen let it bounce? Wimp.
  11. It looks like the ones we registered as settled yesterday were as follows: loan covering future instalments owed from Man City for Mahrez loan covering future instalments owed from Chelsea for Chilwell loan covering all future PL Central funds due to the club between September 2021 to Feb 2023 loan covering all future PL Central funds due to the club between Feb 2022 to June 2023 loan covering all future PL Central funds due to the club between August 2022 to Jan 2024 loan covering all future PL Central funds due to the club between Feb 2023 to June 2024 loan covering all future PL Central funds due to the club between August 2023 to Jan 2025. We still have 6 unsettled charges against us from Macquarie: loan covering future instalments owed from Spurs for Maddison loan covering future instalments owed from Fulham for Castagne loan covering future instalments owed from Newcastle for Barnes loan covering future instalments owed from Chelsea for KDH loan - couldn't quite work this one out as it didn't specify the definition of Receivables like all the others did (045934770031, created on 12 September 2024) loan covering all future PL Central funds due to the club between September 2024 to January 2026.

  13. Thought he did really well.
  14. https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/29938414/leicester-points-deduction-psr-premier-league/ More great news. The Sun saying we failed PSR last season too. For what it's worth I hate the rag, but they were the first paper to break that we failed PSR in 22/23, which we all didn't believe for months.
  15. We are facing two separate charges – one for failing PSR (and our failure is way more significant that Everton's or Forest's), and one for failing to submit our audited accounts. It says it in black and white here from when the charges were announced: https://www.premierleague.com/news/3938339 And in June, John Percy confirmed this was still the case in this article: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2024/06/03/leicester-frustrated-with-enzo-maresca-jumping-ship-chelsea/ Does anyone know if there is any precedent for punishments for clubs failing to submit audited accounts in the Premier League? I suspect that the punishment for both charges combined is where the PL is getting 16 points from. However, as @ClaphamFox says, this will be what the PL are pressing for, not necessarily what the commission decides. At that stage we also then have an appeal where it could be reduced further.
  16. I would put Ornstein as Tier 1. What he said about KDH and Brighton was that they were in negotiations with us and that our valuations differed. That wasn't false – they just didn't meet our valuation.
  17. Romano has deleted his Potter tweet from 2 hours ago, which said staff were being discussed.
  18. Along with the alleged breach in the 2022-23 season, when Leicester were last in the top division, the club was also charged with failing to submit their audited accounts. Well, well, well... Percy confirms we are still facing two charges.
  19. Fair enough - however as it stands the PL haven't made an updated statement in relation to this so there are still two charges against us from them outstanding.
  20. The Premier League has today referred Leicester City FC to an independent Commission for an alleged breach of Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSRs) and for failing to submit their audited financial accounts to the League. https://www.premierleague.com/news/3938339
  21. Is it not two charges we are facing from the PL? One for the PSR breach and one for failing to summit the accounts on time. If we get deductions for both charges that could be where the range of up to 15 points deduction comes from.
  22. Looks like KDH is no longer wearing the protective boot in that last picture
  23. ❌ We signed him as a DM
