Coventry Away (13th January Saturday 3pm KO)

Would have been better with Sheff Wed instead of Sheff Utd. Needed a Championship or even L1 outpost where he could build up his physique and fragile confidence, like Chilwell, Hamza, Barnes and others before him. From our point of view we need him playing to at least put him in a shop window, if not for experience, so the mutual agreement is as much that if nothing else. If you're not playing him we'll send him to someone that will. But like others have said, he doesn't belong in this system, he's at best 3rd in line probably 4th as Enzo would rather spread the CBs than play a spindly left back.

Gotta appreciate the dedication. I've trawled FB since missing the priority and had absolutely no joy. Might even jettison my mate and just take a single 😆 -

Do you mind? There's a queue! -
100% I only buy furniture from DFS when they have a sale on too 😆

TBF this guy makes Praet seem like an ever-present. He could turn out to be another Cambiasso or another Inler but 2m is a relatively small gamble if that's the fee.

I could understand this for Justin but not for Cannon, makes no sense. Genuinely, "There's only one Tommy Cannon" would have been a better effort than that.

TBF the previous manager didn't seem to see him as anything other than cover or rotation. Their fans have made a lot of comments along the lines of him not being physical enough for the Prem and getting knocked off the ball a lot so their issues are similar to what a lot of us have said over the last 3 years. I know we had injury issues when he broke into the side so he was always getting minutes but I don't know why we haven't given him a year at a Championship outpost like Barnes, Chilwell and Hamza all got. Someone like Sheff Wed would have been a better move than Sheff Utd IMO.

Weird thing is that seeing the upturn in Ndidi and Vestergaard this season I no longer believe any of our players were truly that bad. The way Maresca has come in and transformed them and others it would have been interesting to see him Ward turn into prime Buffon away from the tutorings of Rodgers.

Had a pretty much injury-free season at Torino didn't he? As for Evans, I doubt even United would have predicted he'd be a first team regular or much more than a back up. As a player he's that prime example of your best players not always making the best captains.

How many people have priority points

And precisely why they'll never change it. Easy life for them without being hassled by the Ginettas, the trust and the random bus 1ers about why their mates can't get tickets anymore. -
Huddersfield (H) 4-1 - New Years Day - Post-Match Thread

Deflection off the last man in the wall but he should still get more on it, definitely keep it out. It's as standard a win as you'll see, plus the bonus of having Doyle back and KDH getting a rest too. Credit to Hudds for getting 8 shots on the board in the second half too. Too many just sit on their own half waiting for the final whistle. -

Cannon MOTM for taking both goals superbly and nearly had the hat trick with the overhead kick. 6s and 7s elsewhere. Special props to Akgun making sure we didn't miss KDH, stayed busy. -
He's the clear weak link in the side right now. Even the most blue-tinted specs on the most one-eyed fan will see that. Anticipation, passing, all below par

TBF those hot MILFs in my area haven't turned up yet.

TBF, their office is the size of a broom cupboard and consists of just 8 actual journalists these days. When you think of the size of the Merc offices in the 90s and millions spent on doing it up and rebranding the paper its an incredible downgrade. Considering you have to change it from the default to Leave now, someone's clearly taking the piss -
Saw him listed in one of those "players buggering off on a jolly in January" lists. I can't believe something on the internet would be inaccurate.

Is there an official table for that? I totally believe you I just like to see pretty graphics bigging up our players

The Ipswich slide has started, poor December by their standards, no Hirst for 4 weeks and Morsy off to the AFCON so plenty of opportunity to open that gap up

My naivity is charming I know but if there's any club out there capable of handing out bonus-ridden, bloated contracts it's us
