I agree. Vestergaard and Faes are not a CB pairing I ever wanna see in the Premier League. His style can be successful in the PL but definitely not with some of the players we gave now. But I guess we'll deal with that problem when or if we get there.

Soyuncu not starting is understandable as he's at a top Champions League club. Castagne just about found his level. Of all of them I actually think Barnes will come good.

The Championship needs to change its name. Its a stupid name for a second tier division. League 1 & 2 also needs changing. I get the Premier League is technically a separate competition to the Championship but they're all essentially linked.

Was enjoying Portsmouth being in the lower leagues forever. They're the most overrated club in England.

Kvaratskhelia is such a throwback to old school football. He's a phenomenal dribbler and a chance creating machine. In a world today where we expect our forward players to have 30 G/A a season it's quite heart warming to have a player like him who's not a system player. If he ever went to Man City or Arsenal or any top club they'd coach him out of that and he'd be passing the ball back to the full back 75% of the time. Kvaratskhelia is a better version of Alexander Hleb. Hleb was a fantastic dribbler but players like Hleb and Kvaratskhelia, and even Hazard doesn't get justice in this xG era.

Damian Lillard goes to the Bucks. Disappointed he didn't go to Miami but nvm. Giannis + Lillard is gonna be spectacular.

1. We're a big club with some high profile names still on our books. 2. We're in the middle of the country, so no 200 mile round trip. 3. We haven't played most of these teams in a decade.

We'll have the occasional howler like Hull... teams like Millwall or Birmingham will have a lucky day against us.
