Only the elite managers come with a track record of constant success. We're never going to get a proven elite manager, even if we were still in the EPL, so we have to try one of two things. Take a manager who has had success at some point in their career, or take a manager with the potential of being an elite manager. Obviously we went with the second in Enzo, last time in the Champ, but both ways have inherent risk. The third ways is competent, steady, won't get you relegated, but I don't think any of us want that.

As the electrification of the Midland Mainline approaches the city (it'll be South Wigston soon) watch the chaos ensue as road bridge after road bridge is closed for weeks.

Oh, stuff is constantly falling off cliffs here Fortunately, Plats is the kind of man to pick it all up! Sometimes.

I work a four day week for the last 6 months (I job share with Nick Platnauer (yes, the same!)) Have to say I love it. I actually only lost 3 hrs wages, which is worth it to me to get a whole day back. When you take lower tax and NI into account, it's not even that. Also needed to be done as my very physical job was getting harder as I get older.
