  1. I'm not sure what point you were making tbh man, I pay little attention to anyone without an avatar
  2. Well, obviously. And he demonstrably has? The bloke was banging them in at a ridiculous rate for one of the biggest clubs in Germany domestically and on the continent before he moved to Man City. What more does he need to do to prove himself to st albans fox?
  3. Bellersball. As a single 34 year old who spends most of his free time masturbating I'm embarrassed for you mate.
  4. Exactly. Aguero (for example) was phenomenal, as was his goalscoring record, but he'll be way behind Haaland when he's finished.
  5. But he doesn't have to score 1 goal a game at Forest because he's proven he's ****ing good? This is the "but Pep never managed at Harrogate!" argument re-badged.
  6. Sushi smells like grass
  7. Yeah brother I went with my old boy but we didn't realise the switch had happened, must've been right after - it was crap beer wise. Proper shame
  8. Yeah brother I'm regularly in Kilburn, annoyingly the Black Lion is never bloody open whenever I'm down which I wanna tick off purely for scenery. Had done the Colin Campbell on the High Road but think it's switched hands and looks a bit shit now. Will give Coopers a look next time I'm down!
  9. Also Dani Olmo has the forearms of a 90 year old
  10. I don't hate the Spotify thing but they need to pick a side in regards to a) centralise the lot b) stick the club badge in its usual place Manufacturer logo being in a different postcode makes the whole thing look off, could be a proper nice kit n all
  11. Aha I think they've learnt from the error of their ways man and now their pubs are generally fine, think the Singer Tavern is probably steady now!
  12. Yeah just something about it reeking of "it's all about me" there. You can contact the club without giving everyone your contrived life story pal!
  13. Decent Harvey's Best in the Drapers Arms, a friendly Yank guy served me — little does he know my thoughts on Americans, a truly atrocious people
  14. YOU'VE DREAMT IT
  15. I went to the Well & Bucket and Singer Tavern after and they were both atrocious man, think a couple of the Barworks blokes have taken on William IV round the corner from the Wenlock and they've done a great job with it, beer choice is v tidy
  16. Also GOATed thread, I love reading about people's pints and crawls
  17. Aha I've got the Albion on my list n all mate but going the Crown after that then walking back towards rattlerville via Three Johns to see what's going on there for the first time in a couple of years. Went properly shit when Barworks sold it initially like most of their estate but sounds like it might be alright now, I'll pop my head in
  18. Not sure mate, I knew some folk that moved in nearby were moaning about the pub as if it wasn't here before they moved - shitbag behaviour imo! But still going well. I've been the Tamil Crown mert but not the OG gaff. Got the Drapers Arms up next
  19. Oh baby The Compton Arms at the top end of Islington, cut this gaff open and it bleeds dungarees wearing brunettes. For that reason and that reason alone I give it 10 Miquels out of 10. Lovely pint of Jarl in homage to Scotland being a hilarious footballing nation
  20. Calling a tweet self-indulgent isn't really "hating" brother. Again, I don't disagree with the sentiment. By all means write whatever you want to whoever you want at Football Club X. But sharing that letter publicly / that tweet is a completely unsubtle fish for likes (imo, anyway). Even crowbarred in the tried and tested formula of "my dad took me to my first game X years ago" for good measure
  21. In London once again on the carsk Did the Carlton Tavern in Kilburn which is a frequent job and always great but doing some newuns... ...Warrington Hotel in Maida Vale, dead impressive building, good staff, Greene King owned so beer choice not going to freak your nut but had a decent Landlord - would recommend on the strength of the building Now in the Prince Alfred near Warwick Avenue and again she's a stunner of a building, pub split in half for diners and drinkers but it's a bloody beautiful gaff. Young's so again not a mind-blowing choice but on something by Redemption which is perfectly well looked after!
  22. I don't disagree with this guy's sentiment at all, it's scandalous pricing - but this tweet is so self-indulgent.
  23. To rite mate lmao just because they didn't want to kiss the blarney stone pre match ! It's pathetic ! Hope are boys give them a seen to !
  24. I think he's a ****
  25. Had a couple in Leicester tonight around the top end of the High St and bloody hell. Never seen a city centre so dead midweek at 8pm.
