  1. I think Aspinall beats Littler later. Especially if he gets off to a quick start

    Ew, really?

Not with beef no. That would be weird!
  3. I really liked it back in the day when I used to collect DVDs and buy lots of foreign films. I saw it again last year and it was ok, but like you say, too much 4th wall breaking. Audrey Tautou did a much better film IMO called - He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not. It's a clever twist on a romantic comedy. Still has a 7.1 rating on IMDB after all these years too.

I am classed as weird by my mates because I love salad cream with stuff. Fish and chips with mushy peas has to be covered in salad cream. I never have any other sauce with that meal. Walkers cheese & onion crisps sandwich, with salad cream drizzled all over it. Ham and salad cream sarnies. Cheese and tomato sarnie with salad cream. I like making sarnies/butties out of my main meals too. Stew, curry, fish & chips, chicken nuggets, burgers, etc. Another massive weird one is steak. I like my steak medium rare, with homemade chips, onion rings, mushrooms and peas. Nowt wrong with all that I hear you say, but (weirdly to some) I love it with gravy all over it. And here's the kicker, once the gravy is on I break up and sprinkle an Oxo cube all over it. That sort of melts into the gravy and makes the chips and everything else taste amazing with a huge beefy kick. Taste sensation.

I used to have left of Yorkie Puds cold with some jam in the middle with a cup of tea. As you say they're just pancake mix really so work savoury or sweet. So a poor man's Poutine basically.
  6. Kids playing this:
  7. Bloody noise. Sounds like the sodding Somme outside.
  8. "Wolves have seen the net score of decisions overturned by VAR go against them by 20 - more than any other top-flight side over the last five seasons" https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/premier-league-var-table-shows-30205938?int_source=amp_continue_reading&int_medium=amp&int_campaign=continue_reading_button#google_vignette "Premier League VAR decisions overturned net score. Brighton +9 Newcastle +6 Man City +5 Aston Villa +3 Crystal Palace +3 Liverpool +3 Man United +3 Chelsea +2 Everton +1 Tottenham -3 Arsenal -6 West Ham -7 Wolves -20." And as I mentioned that still doesn't account for the shite decisions against us just waved away by VAR. Any way, that's me done for this argument. I'll leave it so as not to derial the thread any more. Apologies to those who've had to suffer it.
  9. I've never been a troll or a WUM in the 15 or so years I've been posting on here. Just because you had a major bitch-fit OTT reaction, doesn't justify all the name calling. Or indeed the sad and pathetic hopes for a player to get a season ending injury.
  10. Those tables don't take into account the times that VAR should have intervened and didn't. It's been well publicised how much we've been screwed over with decisions or lack of them.
  11. They'd also expect a club like Leicester to get back up at the first opportunity if you did end up relegated. Plenty of Championship or lesser European league players would take that chance on top of the money.
  12. I'll be off then...
  13. Luv both u guys
  14. We'll have to wait until the written reasons are published to find out why Cunha only got 2 games instead of 3. Then again FA decisions don't make much sense on a regular basis. How did Joao Pedro get away with 0 games for trying to take someone's head off?
  15. That'd be too much like hard work and study for his badges. Nah he'll go straight to punditry IMO.
  16. Obviously they were able to demonstrate some mitigating circumstances and it got reduced from 3 to 2 for violent conduct. I heard it all kicked off a bit at the end with Ipswich's bench again last night too.
  17. Hopefully he's got one last job in him at West Brom first....
  18. Anyone's this now. Great stuff.
  19. I can see Man Utd eventually binning Amorin and throwing big money at Southgate to bore them to safety.
  20. It's just pressure and expectation. It must be incredible to bear at such a young age. He's coped ok throughout the year because he's still emerging. But when you get to an event like this and you see the bloke who beat you in the final last year get knocked out, can you imagine the weight of it all on your shoulders? Plus these longer formats suit him I think. Seems to get better and better the longer he's out there.
  21. Believe.
  22. God knows
  23. Nothing is decided yet. There's still half a season to go and only 3 points separating 16th to 19th.
  24. They're still 8 points clear of it with GD. They'd sack the manager again before they got too close.
