It's nowhere near as great as everyone is making out. It's a decent show with some interesting concepts but it's not even close to top tier TV. As for this week's episode, well prime example. Absolutely dreadful until the final 5 mins. They could have made that a 10 min segment in another episode and it would have been much better. 30 mins of my life wasted for a few mins pay off.

The FA have until the end of today to notify us of any possible extra games ban. Note the last line. They'll still likely push for an extra game ban and a misconduct charge IMO.

Given that clubs stick by players who are accused of all sorts of crimes, is it really that unbelievable that one bad challenge on the football pitch doesn't instantly get a player sacked? Your club would do exactly the same and probably have done in the past. And we do have form for getting rid of youth players with bad attitudes and even drug problems. We used to be a club that had a strong "no dickheads" rule under Nuno, but that unfortunately seems to be waning in recent years.

It's really annoying as we had the chance to go through in our penalty shootout. We just needed to score the next penalty after Bournemouth missed, and Doherty stepped up and put it wide. Absolute shite pen that could and should have put us through.

I'm not sure they'll take that into account tbh as it's been dealt with and wasn't a red card incident. Who knows though they might. Kudus' extra two games was for another red card worthy incident after his initial red, when he pushed Sarr in the face. Not sure that'll apply in this situation. They'll look at his misconduct in refusing to leave the field after getting the red card. That has for a long time been an extra game ban if we're talking about precedents. I seem to remember Jamie Vardy getting an extra game for going apeshit at the ref after a red card instead of leaving the field, and he got one extra game.

I feel some of this is very unfair. Yes Voice did a terrible challenge on Alves but that hardly warrants the accusation that anyone is comfortable with that. We do have some attitude problems from one or two in the first team though. Both Lemina and now Cunha have become over emotional and acted like idiots when given the captain's armband. Some of the mentality clearly needs looking at, and that is a hangover from Gary O'Neil's tenure unfortunately.
