An out of form Harry Winks is still better than Soumare. …and Winks isn’t particularly good at this level anymore. Maybe striker is higher priority, but we are absolutely desperate for a quality box to box CM.

I wonder if we’ll play some of the promising youngsters if we’re relegated early? Would at least give us reason to carry on watching!

Massive part of the last relegation....about to be relegated with us for a second time....regularly injured...ran his contract down to try and force a move elsewhere. Yet he's 'too good for us' and 'deserves his big move'. Nah He's not good enough on the ball to warrant anyone paying £15m+. I do think his ball winning is back to pretty good level, but he's so one-dimensional, and just wouldn't fit into a team who have the sort of money we'd want available to spend...

Weirdly not too bothered by the offside goal as we were done in that game anyway. They would have battered us in extra time. Even when we were on top we were shit. Not sure I can watch anymore Ayew or Winks at this level…it’s painful. Roll on next season!

That £2m we spent on Woyo looks expensive

Said it a few times on here, but he looks a decent player to me. Not perfect obviously, but he’s still really young so is pretty likely to improve. One we should be keeping anyway!

He's 15 and has been training with a PL first team for about a year hasn't he? His life will be full of people telling him how good he is. He even has 17 pages dedicated to him on a forum ...I bet he isn't short of confidence! Wouldn't blame him if he had a pretty big ego already, it's a lot for a young lad.

Yeah not sure you're even allowed an agent at 15 or not. We're all biased of course, but as we're going down he has a genuine chance of playing first-team senior football next year at 16. If he's as good as we think he is he'll play and do well too. Wouldn't be a terrible career move staying with us for now.

Always rated Dawson, but as others have said...we're about 5 years late on him! ...He's probably a better defender than what we have now though, even at his age so it wouldn't be a terrible loan. Says more about our current crop of CB's though to be fair. The bigger question is what do Wolves want Coady for!? Weird.

Yeah, that's fair enough. I actually don't agree though - I do understand the doom and gloom around going down and staying down...but I think the squad we have will do very well in the Championship. If we can avoid points deductions, we'll do well next year. Happy to come back to this post when we're in the bottom half at Christmas having just been battered by Stoke though!

He'll be desperate to get out in the Summer rather than play in the Championship and his agent will be pimping him out as usual. Obviously nobody will come in for him so we'll have to play him. As it's the Championship he'll do quite well and all our fans will love him again. Nobody will come in for him again the following Summer so he'll accept an extension on massive wages from us. Puts in another laughingstock of a season in the PL. The cycle continues perpetually.

You can't rely on him when you're up against it - I said the same last year and was laughed at on here . He was massively overrated by our fans on the whole. Still think he's a good player though, he just needs to be in a team that has the majority of the ball and is setup to play to his strengths.
