Borderline offensive isn’t it. Kante is above him in our midfield player rankings, but no one else!
-
The fact that one of Vardy’s first FaceTime calls after clinching promotion was to Dennis Wise… …it’s just put a dampener on everything hasn’t it.
-
Now does seem like a pretty fitting end? Will be a tough goodbye whenever it is!

Next Seasons Squad - Can we now talk about it?

The powers that be have a big job on their hands now. No idea what’s in store for us, but it’s never dull is it! -
Next Seasons Squad - Can we now talk about it?

I’m looking forward to discussing next season in the PL on here. What we need, who we need to get rid of etc. …but we can’t do it yet! We may yet need to win our remaining two games…which is far from guaranteed. -
I actually noticed this too. Very weird. Even if he’s literally only bothered about himself - Success on the pitch is a massive aspect of how he’s perceived so you’d think that would be priority #1.
-
So nice to watch the other team have ~70% possession and just pass it round passively with no energy or purpose wasn’t it. Whilst we were the ones hunting in packs winning the ball high up. I know you relinquish control doing that and can leave yourself exposed, but it’s just so much more entertaining, win or lose.

Moved onto 18 goal involvements - Same as Mavididi. Great to have a couple of dangerous wide players. It’s a shame so many teams have sat back against us this season as he really thrives in those expansive games doesn’t he…his output would be even better!
-
Have you not watched him enough for us to realise that the; ‘Yeah but he plays for Belgium’ argument is nonsense? I just don’t understand how anyone can think he’s anything but a liability. What have you been watching? You could absolutely tell that he was a joke in his very first game for us. Someone on here called me ‘mental’ for saying the same as above in the Summer, but I’m only going on what I’ve seen on the pitch.
-
No, that’s true. I’m probably still judging us through the lens of bottom half PL quality - Which is unfair given where we are now.
-
Yes. Millwall and Plymouth were pretty fortunate to beat us recently. We were lucky today. Swings and roundabouts. I still don’t think we’re particularly good though, but seeing as we’re top of the league again I better shut up!
-
More than stretching it - Just pure blue tinted glasses. We were fortunate to get all three points.
-
What makes you think we will ‘batter’ them? …no chance!
-
He could do a job at the level above, but it wouldn’t be a very good one. Just a slightly above average Championship player - Nothing wrong with that, it just depends on the level you’re aiming for. Had a very good game today though.
-
He is rubbish.
-
Took up a good position to score but Ndidi looks terrible at the moment.
-
Awful start but winning. …the tide is turning!
-
Southampton right in the race now. Crazy season.

Do We Want Southampton To Win Tonight ?
James_lcfc replied to Lutterworth Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Definitely prefer they lost tonight. -
Fair enough. He's at least at the same level as Schlupp in my opinion and should be playing in the PL. One of those that's 'solid' at that level - Could be a squad player for a top half team, or even a good player for a bottom half one. That's where I think he's at anyway.
-
I won't comment on Schlupp as he was always underrated by our fans, and has gone on to be a decent PL player. ...but he's miles above Hamza!
-
Getting a cheap penalty is our best hope for scoring at the moment. He should be working on making his dives more realistic if anything!
-
He’s one of very few in the club that actually has some transfer value at the moment, so you’re probably right.
-
…not a surprise. Well deserved.
