  1. He did however persist to start with Danny Ward in goal who was clearly incapable of playing as a goalkeeper. Although, as you say we had some fantastic times with Rodgers too, he is not solely to blame as is evident to what is happening to this day.
  2. All a bit of a blur I know but Robbie Nielsen was the Craig Levein era. Very forgettable times
  3. Yep. Forgotten about him already
  4. Nah, we had Kerrea Gilbert in League One. What the hell happened to him by the way, solid right back then disappeared.
  5. I appreciate it’s a frustrating time, but we all bleed blue hence why we’re on a football forum discussing the ins and outs of LCFC. We will get our club back.
  6. Does make sense when your sat opposite an absolute melt in Jon Rudkin. Although there will be chancers that will see it as an opportunity to make easy money given the contracts handed out to the likes of Vestergaard and Luke Thomas.
  7. Forgot about him absolute garbage as was his mate Rab Douglas
  8. Ward Makin/Maybury Faes Kisnorbo (Awful CB moved to CM - used to be shite but now he’s alright) Thomas/McGivern Tiatto Hughes Lewis Low Daka Bedner/Akinbiyi
  9. Took his goal well yesterday, I just hope he has it in him to care enough to steer us away from the drop, knowing he’ll be gone at the end of the season. He’s certainly not the only one but he’s financially done very well out of us, let’s see some repayment Patson.
  10. Can he play left back too?
  11. He’d get annihilated in League One too. No idea how he’s made it pro.
  12. Bang on. You can just tell there is no motivation to improve. It’s a clear case of..‘I’ve made it now, I can relax, happy days’ ..I don’t think Luke even believes he’s made it as far as he has.
  13. I mean, wouldn’t you want to feel a sense of pride in continuing the work set by your dad? His old man built something wonderful here, Leicester is surely naturally instilled in Top due to not only the success but the unfortunate accident… And yet, day by day he is completely ruining this club seemingly on purpose…is he a psychopath? I can’t fathom why he thinks this is alright. He and the club are losing money rapidly, and we still have a Director of football that isn’t and has never been fit for the role. We’ve gone from media acknowledging us and other clubs’ fans being envious of how well our football club is ran to probably now the worst in world football. This HAS to be sabotage.
  14. Forfeit the game, take the 0-3 loss and get them all running up and down Old John hill for 90 minutes instead. W*nkers
  15. Gone. Meanwhile for the next few years we’ll still be starting Luke Thomas at left back. Highest paid player to grace the National League but he’s a Leicester lad so it’s alright.
  16. And I bet there were still people in the ground clapping them off
  17. We might be waiting a while
  18. It a toss up between him and Ryan McGivern for the worst left back I’ve seen play for the club. The reality is that he won the lottery to even get a professional contract, and won it again when the Rudkin handed him a pay rise for a further 4 years.
  19. Or we go one better and have Ayew and Daka as joint managers until the end of the season.
  20. All this talk about us hiring a new manager, only the board have probably forgotten by now that we haven’t got one
  21. All part of the Jon Rudkin sabotage.
  22. they’re quiet because there’s bugger all going on, nothing to see here
  23. He will be enjoying it, there’s no other reason why he’d carry on.
  24. Crazy isn’t it. Every team in this league look stronger than us. And worryingly we still have to go to Hillsborough…
  25. There’s a real lack of concentration in this squad. So many mistakes leading the goals it’s unbelievable. I feel we need a manager that is going to hammer home the basics to this lot as bar Fatawu and JJ we are incapable of doing anything more than that. The time has come to be hard to beat. On the plus side, good to see Lascelles have a solid debut and hopefully he can be instrumental in getting us clean sheets.
