The system he’s in hasn’t worked for us for over a year. I’m on about having a ball winning / destructive DCM, rather than 2 shielding midfielders, allowing us to play higher up the pitch

Get Skipp & Soumare off. Put Choudhary CDM. Ricardo RB and Alves / Page on a pivot in centre mid. We need to be playing up higher not tapping it around the back, waiting to lose possession from a press. It’s happened all game here, we need to be more in their half

We’re far too narrow between defence and Skipp / Soumare, it’s like we’re playing 6 at the back no wonder we can’t do anything further up the pitch

If we’re in a financial mess after all the fireselling this window heads need to roll. Getting Soumare, Daka, Vestergard out should be the priority

He adds great squad depth and it can’t be under appreciated. I fear losing him, BEK, Justin, Winks, possibly Fatawu, leaves us massively light for a Championship campaign. if we’re not compliant after this fire sale King Power are done for. All the signs say we’re here in the Championship to stay

To give my assessment, Winks did very well under Maresca, seemed to know his role really well was integral to the team and thrived. New manager came in, different system and he wasn’t as adaptable & quite honestly not at the level we needed to stay up. At championship level and with this manager we have one of the best midfielders in the league. To all those saying we should get rid, you should look at the lack of depth we have of number 8 or number 10 type midfielders. The fact we’re linked with no one speaks volumes, I’d rather him in than out

Winks was a great sub to use. We need a proper no8 but he did a good job today. Another player that is too good for this league not quite good enough for Prem

I don’t know why we’ve all been brainwashed about playing 4 at the back and 2 holding midfielders & everyone saying this is our best line up? We play dross with that formation; understandably we have 7 of our players seeking to defend rather than create. Why Skipp & Winks or Ndidi and Soumare? Why not just one of them and include say BEK and Alves as 10’s? If the manager says he wants attacking football why would he select a defensive minded formation? No logic in doing what we’ve done for the last 12 months in my opinion we need new ideas

Was at the game & this is spot on. Unfortunately Vards doesn’t give us anything anymore. Mavididi & Bilal looked dangerous. Honestly with Fatawu back and Mavi on the other wing we’ll be fine in the championship (assuming Bilal will leave).

I went last night. I pretty much forced my 10 and 8 year old kids to come. They wanted to go home after 10 minutes. I left after Barnes goal. What’s the actual point.
