Cov seemed to have done quite a lot of business in the window. Seem to be getting good results in pre-season too with plenty of games. Getting quite concerned about our own prep Vs theirs ahead of the first game 👀

Summary of the game should be that we dominated with our quality. Need to improve holding the ball higher up the pitch and incisiveness. I’d be more worried if I were Northants, so many trial players and didn’t have a sniff against a changeable team getting used to a new style of play

Looked tidy at the back. Winks with progressive balls and KDH looked good. We knew we had no CAM or someone to pull the strings in midfield so it should be no surprise. I expect this will be a focus area till the end of the window. Or we’re not going up

Still a long way to go in the window but I find it concerning we’re mostly being linked with defenders and GK’s when we need more creative players, CAM and wingers. Hopefully the Penny will drop after the Northants game
