Yeah, I’m not happy with this. His lack of pace, especially, is gonna be horrific to watch. I see it as good for numbers in the squad but I hope we strengthen defence.

He should have done what Sol Campbell did and left. Not saying go to their biggest rivals but Campbell obviously knew he wanted to win trophies and wasn't going to do that at Spurs. Kane was to loyal to them. Though, a lack of loyalty is also criticised these days too. Players can't seem to win sometimes.

QPR away and WBA away were superb. Both always seem to deliver as great away days, but the last minute winners in each made them even better this season.

Nice of them to use the 4000 holes reference I heard Lineker say, a couple months back, on a podcast that Blackburn went for him before Shearer! Think he was at Spurs at the time. I have a lot of respect for Blackburn's history. One of the country's more historic clubs and, of course, a founder member of the football league. Think they're the only club to win three consecutive FA Cups?

Still don't rate him. Been responsible for a lot of goals and a decent run against an awful Preston side, which felt more like a friendly for them, isn't changing my mind. Hopefully we can get at least one new centre back next season because I don't like the thought of Faes and Vestergaard in the Premier League for us.

The forced rivalry is weird, I can't stand the chants we will no doubt come out with next season (especially considering we've been relegated in between), but Spurs' fanbase seems entitled so I don't want them to win anything. Same with Leeds and Newcastle.

Vichai used to go to Chelsea games and I'm sure tried to buy them. Also I've read before they tried Reading but Majeski wasn't having it.

Leeds play on being a “big club” yet I’m sure have only won one more major trophy than us, and the same number top flight titles as their smaller neighbours Huddersfield. People call Forest out for living in the past but Leeds do exactly the same. Sing about a trophy they never even won, which is more embarrassing than anything else.

When Roma battered Brighton, I said in the Europa League thread I never understood the love for De Zerbi… I got called a “philistine”…. I still don’t get the love in. As I said then, they seem to concede a lot (as in get beat heavily at times. 3 today again).

Pretty sur Everton have conceded less as well.

Tbf every division is boring unless you’re a good team.
