  1. Francis Lee. 79. Sad.
  2. Yes, I'm not iscolating seperate incidents. Our fans are awful at it to singing at Forest. There is no need for it and there's no place in football. People wouldn't mock death in day to day life so why do they feel it's acceptable when they're sourrounded by thousands of others, and Police, where they know nothing will happen to them. Football has attracted some absoloute scum in recent years.
  3. With the squad we have we should be looking at 100 minimum. I'm yet to see a team better than us. Of course we will lose a game here and there but over the course of a season we should be consistently better than most, if not all, our opposition.
  4. No it's not. It's about time **** like this were made examples of. It is scum behaviour with intention to cause harassment, alarm or distress as set out in a public order offence. I'm fed up of people showing pictures or chanting about tragedies and/or death at football matches and only receiving a stadium ban. It's pathetic.
  5. Some people are **** and cannot seperate real life from football. I don't know why people just can't go to games, support their team and go home. All this inciting the opposition is sad and I include some of our idiot fans in that. Sorry to hear about your lad, hope all is okay.
  6. Not in England. We've made some of the best fanbses in the Country quiet when we've been battering them (whether it be Leeds, Villa or Man Utd). This whole idea a fanbase sings for 90mins full stop is warped.
  7. Bournemouth were not relegated due to one VAR error, they were relegated because they were shit for 38 games. It's swings and roundabouts. Liverpool will get a decision go for them soon. I don't buy all this "it could cost them". The season is played over 38 games. You don't fail to meet targets because of one mistake. There will be games where players make mistakes and cost games.
  8. That is fair enough response. I always feel for clubs like yourself and your neighbours, being so close to Manchester I imagine it’s so much easier for people to “support” either of those clubs. Fair play to people like you that do follow a club that hasn’t had much success in recent years. As I said, it was a weird atmosphere and felt like a friendly from your fans. Quiet, although I do appreciate the kick off time is poor. I was close to where you were, could see a group of you singing all game. But, as someone that does a lot of aways too, there isn’t a home atmosphere that really impresses me nowadays. Our numbers are usually decent and we’d have brought more of our ticket office wasn’t so weird with not having general sale now. Good luck for the rest of the season. I don’t really mind you lot so hope you push on. Some of the football you play is nice, just need a bit more quality but that’s easy for me to say with the squad and resources we have at this level.
  9. It was decent, but no fanbase is non stop 90 minutes.
  10. Was a really weird atmosphere today, I have never known a home end to be so quiet. It felt like a friendly. I don't think I've ever heard less home noise from any fanbase. Thought we were decent. I liked going through the players names when their keeper was down.
  11. Brilliant.
  12. Brighton are very weird. Win a couple, lose a couple. This is why they won’t finish top 4, just to inconsistent.
  13. Nice one Saints.
  14. Makes me laugh. Always Premier League managers moaning despite the fact they operate in the richest league in the World with all the resources they could ever have. Squads are huge now.
  15. Just to try and wind Vardy up.
  16. @Craig is right, but now just needs to edit his quote post to cut the image of the tickets out.
  17. Wednesday fans are treated so badly. Firstly their prices are through the roof, they're definitely gonna charge us £30+ in November. Then sack the manager that got them promoted. Disaster. Going straight back down.
  18. Bound to happen. Big game at this level.
  19. I always said his level was at a club like us (when we were pushing top 6). I never saw him as a player that was good enough for a bigger club, even when some were calling him "World Class" which was never right. His fitness is shocking for his age, I could never imagine him in a top team. The great midfielders that get up and down - Gerrard, Keane, Vieira, De Bruyne, etc - he never ever looked like he could do that.
  20. I will never understand the love in Iheanacho gets. He's had one decent season here out of 6 seasons. His lack of end product is horrific. Scores one wonder goal but the other nine end up in row Z. If he was at a club like Palace I'd be up in arms if we were linked with him.
  21. I was talking about Ihenacho.
  22. He's just not that good.
  23. He has been ineffective all season. Waste of space.
  24. Not a surprise. Silva always seems to start well then fade away. I did wonder if Fulham would be in that category of a good first season, then relegated the next.
  25. Tbf at least one of them is getting through.
