  1. Where’s all these people telling me that Bristol City were gonna be top 6? He never shifted them any higher than about 14th. A lot of people talk a lot about budgets too but teams, with much less budget, did much more. You only have to look at the play off final last season.
  2. I am loving the Winks song. Couldn't get it out of my head all night. Was strange hearing the Ricardo song as well because I posted something similar using the Kasabian song years ago.
  3. You get those kind of tweets every game about every fan base. I wouldn't worry to much what QPR fans think about us.
  4. A bit tbf, I’ve recently watched every episode back and there are a lot of gay references in it. Though it is funny and some of the jokes I have seen reused in other later comedies. Not that I want to discuss it all atm as this is about a death, RIP Matthew Perry, sad.
  5. RIP Matthew Perry, struggled with his addictions but was open with it. Such a young age.
  6. I was lower tier behind the goal and thoroughly enjoyed it.
  7. I am expecting us to get 3 or 4 tbh. I am looking forward to tomorrow though, always love my trip to Loftus Road. Hope you stay up.
  8. Here we go https://www.itv.com/news/granada/2023-10-26/could-the-beatles-be-teasing-final-song
  9. I was talking domestically but yes Roma was really good, probably the last best home atmosphere I remember. Although they did things that people on here would deem to be embarrassing such as fans shouting out player surnames.
  10. I've been to St James Park 5 or 6 times now, each time they are quiet as a library. Media are hung on fake atmospheres like Newcastle.
  11. I think I've only done four tbh. Brentford Rotherham Spurs West Ham Gutted I missed out on Maine Road. My first visit to Man City was in 2003/04 when we won 3-0. They'd just moved to their new place.
  12. I would risk it tbf given the kick off time, trains, pricing etc.
  13. Bristol City were never gonna get anything against Ipswich. Worse team I've seen us play all season.
  14. I'd guess at next week.
  15. It's bizzare. Maddison scored 10 goals, and got 9 assists, for us last season in a relegated team. Criticised. Iheanacho, an actual striker, contributed so much less. Loved.
  16. They forget about their home atmosphere and also their away atmosphere! All away fans sing "football in a library" but, at our place, have been quiet 90% of the game. The other week Bristol City were deadly quiet and then came out with "football in a library". I felt it was ironic more than anything else. Modern clubs, modern football, atmsophere's are poor and often hit and miss. When Man City fans aren't even any good, and they're "supporting" the best team in the Country, then somethings wrong somewhere.
  17. I can't remember the last time I went to an away game and was impressed with the home atmosphere. People can bring up places like Anfield as much as they want for being silent, but this season it's the exact same at each home ground we play at. People go on about standing, and safe standing, too. How it would help the atmosphere. Yet go on Villa's forum and they've got a thread similar to this, critcising their own atmsophere, despite the fact they have an end that mainly stands.
  18. Surprised we haven't started blaming the away fans, that's what usually happens when there's some murmurings during a silence.
  19. They are added as soon as you buy them, but I've always thought this was the case. If you sell your ticket, without clubs knowledge, then of course you still get the point. But I've had a point removed from me when I sold a ticket through the club (think it was the Everton game that got moved to mid week for some reason).
  20. It's football, I wouldn't take "hate" too seriously. I don't like a lot of clubs but it ends there, I wouldn't want to see them collapse and people lose their club or all the jobs that go with a football club. What's happening in the World is different to just "hating" a football club.
  21. We definitely live in Spurs' heads for that season. I'm not particularly bothered about them personally, the only reason I wouldn't want to see them win the league purely because their fans have always had to have a sense of entitlement that only Newcastle and Leeds seem to be able to match.
  22. One of their best. The run of Help/Rubber Soul/Revolver/Sgt Peppers/White Album is incredible. Honestly I can't get my head around it.
  23. Got to get it going in the concourse for the likes on social media of course
  24. I can’t believe it, how fast and quickly it just come down.
