This is either a cop out or he's admitting he hasn't researched these players. May explain why our best player has been sat on the bench for the past two games.

Salah is unbelievable. One of the best players I've ever seen and surely now one of Liverpool's greatest ever players. Players like that don't need pace when they've got it all in their brain.

People say about him being a businessman but in what other line of business (awful term as I write that on a football forum) would this failure be allowed to continue? When business fails there are usually people that lose jobs, board changes etc, but at our club nothing has changed. Nothing has changed since the last failure two years ago.

As a defender, regardless of whether he thinks there is an opposition player there or not, he should deal with it if he doesn't hear a call. Launch the ball into row Z. But from that position Ward should also do better.

I don't think this board can plan and that's the issue.

He's pathetic and always has been. People started liking him after one good season in a lower division. I've never seen a 6ft+ defender get bullied and pushed off the ball as easy as Vestergaard is. That's on top of him actually not being able to head the ball.

Thought this was Rudkin's job?

Is this a joke? A capable goalkeeper keeps all those chances out. The first one is a half shot into the ground. Yes I also blame Vestergaard in this, and did at the time, who must be the softest 6ft bloke I have ever seen but the ball isn't hit at pace. The second goal is also a defender error but even with that the opposition should not score. Ward's positioning to start with is awful anyway. The third perhaps is the worse of the lot and hit straight at him from an angle. No way should that ball end up in the net.

He picked Ward, yet Iversen is sat on the bench. Our best player Buonanotte is sat on the bench again. He picks the two slowest centre backs to play together. Our players have not been good enough all season. They were never good enough, two years ago this set of players got relegated. But these excuses weren't made for Cooper and they shouldn't be made for Van Nistelrooy. The last two games have been the worse performances of the season and within a week we have scored 0 and conceded 7.

Honestly it's embarrassing. The fact people sing it to the likes of Everton and Villa is even worse.

Sorry but what is there to be excited about? These players have put the same pathetic performances in all season. They don't care. The people running this club have taken away any excitement that was left. All my enthusiasm for this season has long gone, in fact in the summer I posted that this was the first time I wasn't excited going into a season. But I still go home and away and I still get behind the players. However, for the the last two weeks now that enthusiasm for supporting them has been taken out of me. It's shit performances from the same shit players every week. 7 goals conceded in a week with 0 goals scored. Excitement? Last week I went to Newcastle and passed lots of their fans that weren't "older", as you imply, a lot of banter in the pubs and those that I spoke to seemed optimistic about their chances. Yet in the ground they made fvck all noise. In fact it was one of the quietest grounds I've been to this calendar year. Atmosphere at top flight grounds is dead in this Country.

haha not that there's much to this but the fact they're from Wolverhampton has made me laugh about that. Think I'd have laughed if I heard that. Fortunately I was already on my way home, long gone, by the time the final whistle went.

His record for Norway is incredible. I think the issue is they don’t have quality all over the pitch, same as any other Country with just one or two World Class players.

We had Iversen sat on the bench. He's not great but he's better than Ward. I'm not a fan of any of our defenders but he is picking the slowest two we have. That's before I start on the two full backs who are probably the worse in the league. Perhaps change formation? Also has our best, and most creative player, sat on the bench for two weeks running.

Demonstration and action is needed though. And I don’t think some people get it either. I joined in with the Rudkin Out chant today (which is never as loud or long as it should be) but some people were asking what’s the going to achieve.
