  1. ?? Brighton's was higher than ours. Yet again a team had lots of chances against us and probably could have been more than 1 up at HT. Especially that Mitoma chance.
  2. Another game where the opposition will create lots of chances against us.
  3. Take the result and the boys ended up digging in but it’s worrying how many chances the opposition have against us every game.
  4. Didn't we say that last season for the league fixture
  5. Bromley too, away at Newcastle. Some great fixtures in there, Leeds v Harrogate standing out too.
  6. Leeds V Harrogate!
  7. QPR H. Boring but winnable.
  8. Great tie for Tamworth!
  9. I love going round people then going back across to the inside lane. A lot of the time those people in the middle lane just aren't aware. It's scary how so many people can't use motorways correctly.
  10. I posted last week about Potter probably not wanting to work for idiots again following his Chelsea job. I think he will choose his next job carefully as it's a big one for his career.
  11. Dagenham too. Brilliant win against Wimbledon. Always nice to see non league teams in the third round.
  12. I don't think many managers last to get the team back up again Not sure if you will count Wilder as he left before going back to Sheffield United. Looks like Edwards had a one off season. Lots of managers have done it. @Super_horns will remember Boothroyd well I'm sure.
  13. How is going out of a competition beneficial to a team!? Something has really ruined people's perceptions of cup competitions and it's sad. But what is it? The Premier League? Sky? Payers telling us they can't play so many games? Cup competitions are a nice break from the league. Something different. Anything can happen, as proven already in the FA Cup this season.
  14. I've been doing this for over a decade. Saved hundreds.
  15. It's a tough job. He probably knows it, or will get to know it, but these players (or a lot of) are not good enough. Hopefully he will keep us up and we can just improve the squad. I'll reserve judgment on whether he's better than Cooper.
  16. Who knew paying £8m for a 30 year old defender would be such a waste of money!!
  17. I'm pretty sure his other goals were all penalties too.
  18. I don't like them but no doubt about it they have always been a big club traditionally. Although I don't like this thing when people say Man City fans "deserve" success for having to put up with what they've seen. They've played in the third tier once ffs. They were never a small club.
  19. Oh he is a good footballer no doubt about it. Personally I didn't say otherwise, I'm just not sure about his consistency. I've never thought he's at that level of player he's compared with. All opinions of course.
  20. I'm not going. Not at 20:15 KO. It's ridiculous. If they send the "why did you miss the game" email then I hope they get a lot of Kick Off time answers back.
  21. Our players are pathetic anyway, doesn't matter what formations are used.
  22. I've never understood the hype. Turns up once every couple of months and gets praised as some sort of World Class player (which he isn't). Never does anything for England either. One season, last season, he was outstanding (think he scored about 20 goals) but aside from that no better than any other attacking player in any of the top teams.
  23. Mansfield away. Failing that, any new ground for me to visit that I haven't been to yet.
  24. Need to win. Simple. Both teams are terrible.
  25. Midfield is shit but our defenders are awful. Faes wasn’t good enough for this level two/three years ago, or whenever we signed him (it’s been far to long).
