And also not have our best player sat on the bench, again. -
Wish we could just do what West Ham did and surround the board. 10 second chant then it’s over.

Newcastle was a disgrace. Can’t believe people defend it. Where’s all the XG stats that you used to use against Cooper? The last two performances have been the worse of the season. -
I left early again. Two weeks running. Don’t care, they don’t deserve support.
-
We will concede at least another 3 goals.
-
Ruud puts our player of the season on the bench.

DISGRACE
-
Nothing.
-
Some of us never wanted him in but he was flavour of the month at Man Utd. I said last week nothing has changed. Granted he has only been here 20 odd days but every team has chance after chance against us. Really lucky against West Ham and Brighton. Disgraceful performances at Newcastle and today.

Flavour of the month so we got him. Our board don’t look outside this division or this Country. -
Pressman was at the end of his career. No comparison to Ward. I stand by what I’ve said throughout this thread. Ward is the worse goalkeeper we’ve had.
-
Entitlement We lost 3-0 to a relegation rival.

Rubbish. No idea. -
He took Wednesday out of the relegation zone last season, kept them up, and they're now quite a stable safe club. They're inconsistent, and won't go up, but are currently only 5 points off 6th.
-
So hard because we've seen lots of different goalkeepers here but in terms of how much he has cost us then yes I think he's the worse. People always bring up Pressman but we signed Pressman at the very back end of his career. He had already had a career as a constant Premier League goalkeeper. Same with Rab Douglas, he had been solid for Celtic and we signed him when he was already 30+. Those two as examples are not comparable to paying £12m for a mid 20 year old goalkeeper who is probably on a decent wage too. Ward was never good enough. The calls for him to replace Kasper at the time were a joke. That's why I said, on the first page of this thread, to get rid of him if anything. He has always been poor for us. The only time I have ever had confidence in him is when we're facing penalties.

I do like sitcoms and would say that Gavin & Stacey is better than average. However, even though I liked it at the time, I'm not a fan of things like this coming back. To me, so many things go out so well on a high and should be left that way.
-
Looking forward to this. Gonna be sad when Goodison Park is demolished. Not many original grounds left in the top flight.
-
His kicking has never been any good anyway. I can remember seeing him against us plenty of times in his career and if the ball went back to him you know it could end up anywhere.
-
Arsenal v Newcastle Tottenham v Liverpool Hopefully Arsenal and Liverpool both reach the final.
-
Got to be for me. Consider the transfer fee and then the big wages he's probably on. Football is a team game but I do think if we didn't end up with Ward in goal two seasons ago we wouldn't have gone down.

Without a doubt. I'm not saying fixed over night but the 4 points papered over cracks really. Granted he's a new manager but when he came in he spoke about defensive structure being important to him. Maybe I got ahead of myself. 4-0 is an awful result regardless of days in the job though. -

Coady literally cleared one off the line. The Brighton game fair enough most of their shots were long but a better team than West Ham would have beaten us. And then Saturday. We took a hammering and Newcastle should have had more. Isaak missing the one on one springs to mind. Nothing has changed in that regards. I want to see us more tighter and reducing opposition chances to a minimum. Under Cooper the opposition were having lots of chances and that has carried on so far. -
I said he was "average" when we were linked with him. Someone said I was wrong. Looks like I was, he's worse.
-
If the manager can't see he shouldn't be playing, if the club can't see he still shouldn't be here, then we have big problems.
-
I'm surprised Kane isn't on there. I'd have him every time I think.
